### FAQ

**How many videos can one keyword return?**
At most 50. iQIYI search has no next page here, so one keyword with one set of filters stops at 50. To get more, add related keywords or run the same keyword with another `sortBy` or `publishedWithin`.

**Why are search links short qy.net links?**
That is the link iQIYI itself shares for most videos. It opens the video in a browser. `videoId` is iQIYI's own id for it.

**Which video links work in `videoUrls`?**
`www.iqiyi.com/v_….html` (and the same on m.iqiyi.com). qy.net share links, series pages (`a_….html`) and iq.com links are skipped with a note in the log: open a share link in a browser and paste the `v_….html` address it lands on.

**What is the iQIYI International catalogue?**
iq.com, iQIYI's site outside mainland China. Title searches cover its series, movies, variety shows and anime. Mainland-only titles may be missing. In our tests the Taiwan region returned nothing; International and Thailand returned titles.

**Do video lookups include the duration?**
Not always: the video page answer usually leaves it out. Search rows carry it.

**A search took several minutes. Why?**
Calls usually take 40 to 130 seconds. A slow one is retried; after about 5 minutes of retries it is skipped and not charged.

**Do I need an iQIYI account?**
No.

**Can I download the videos?**
No. This actor returns data, not video files.
