## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Vinted Scraper (second-hand fashion and more)

Scrapes Vinted listings on demand across 15 country sites. Search by term, price range and sort
order, or paste any Vinted catalog URL to use all of the site's own filters (category, brand,
size, condition, ...). Plain HTTP: no browser, no proxy, no login.

### Input

| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| `startUrls` | array | Vinted **catalog** URLs. If set, the search fields below are ignored. |
| `domain` | string | `nl`, `fr`, `de`, `be`, `pl`, `es`, `it`, `pt`, `at`, `lt`, `cz`, `lu`, `se`, `dk`, `fi`. Default `nl`. |
| `searchText` | string | Search term. |
| `priceMin` / `priceMax` | number | Price bounds in the site's currency. |
| `order` | string | `newest_first` (default), `relevance`, `price_low_to_high`, `price_high_to_low`. |
| `includeDetails` | boolean | Open each item page for description, category and colour. Default `false`. |
| `maxItems` | integer | Cap on results (about 90 per page). Default `200`. |
| `storeName` | string | Key-Value store used to skip listings returned by earlier runs with the same name. Empty = no dedup. |

### Output (one row per listing)

`id`, `url`, `title`, `price`, `currency`, `priceWithBuyerProtection`, `brand`, `condition`,
`size`, `attributes` (the raw localised label/value pairs), `imageUrl`, `domain`. With
`includeDetails`: `description`, `category`, `color`, `brandName`, `conditionSchema`,
`availability`, `imageUrlLarge`.

`brand`, `condition` and `size` are filled from the card title and are `null` when the seller left
them out. Their labels are localised per site, so `condition` is in the site's language.

### Use cases

- Price monitoring for a brand or model (resellers, sourcing).
- Alerts on newly listed items: sort by newest, set `storeName`, schedule the run.
- Comparing the same item across countries.

### Notes

- Only public listing data is read. No seller account data is collected.
- Very deep result pages depend on Vinted's own paging limits.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Vinted catalog URLs (e.g. https://www.vinted.nl/catalog?search_text=nike\&catalog\[]=1904). Build the filters on vinted.\* (category, brand, size, ...) and paste the URL. If set, the search fields below are ignored.

## `domain` (type: `string`):

Which Vinted site to search.

## `searchText` (type: `string`):

What to search for, e.g. 'nike air max'.

## `priceMin` (type: `number`):

Minimum price in the site's currency.

## `priceMax` (type: `number`):

Maximum price in the site's currency.

## `order` (type: `string`):

How results are sorted. Newest first is best for monitoring new listings.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Open each item page to add description, category and colour. Slower: one extra request per listing.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Cap on the number of listings returned (about 90 per page).

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

Parallel workers for item-page requests (only used with includeDetails).

## `maxRequestRetries` (type: `integer`):

Retries per failed request.

## `storeName` (type: `string`):

Name of a Key-Value store used to skip listings already returned by a previous run with the same store name. Leave empty to disable dedup.

  "order": "newest_first",
  "includeDetails": false,
  "maxItems": 200,
  "maxConcurrency": 5,
  "maxRequestRetries": 3
}
```
# Actor output Schema
## `results` (type: `string`):
All matching listings as a dataset.
# API
You can run this Actor programmatically using our API. Below are code examples in JavaScript, Python, and CLI, as well as the OpenAPI specification and MCP server setup.
## JavaScript example
```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';

// Initialize the ApifyClient with your Apify API token
// Replace the '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>' with your token
const client = new ApifyClient({
    token: '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>',
});

// Prepare Actor input
const input = {};

// Run the Actor and wait for it to finish
const run = await client.actor("memorable_alphabet/vinted-scraper-eu").call(input);

// Fetch and print Actor results from the run's dataset (if any)
console.log('Results from dataset');
console.log(`💾 Check your data here: https://console.apify.com/storage/datasets/${run.defaultDatasetId}`);
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
items.forEach((item) => {
    console.dir(item);
});
