## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## France Public Tenders Scraper (BOAMP)

Export French public procurement notices from **BOAMP** (Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics) as clean, structured JSON/CSV/Excel. The Actor reads the official open-data files published by the French government (DILA, *Licence Ouverte*), so there is no website scraping, no login and no anti-bot workaround.

### What you get

For every notice: ID, publication date, **buyer (organisation name, SIRET, city)**, title, description, **CPV codes**, contract nature, procedure type, **estimated value** (when published), **response deadline**, department, notice kind (tender / award / correction), documents link and a direct BOAMP link.

### Use cases

- Daily tender alerts for your sector (IT, construction, cleaning, consulting, health...).
- Lead lists of French public buyers and their contract calendars.
- Market intelligence: who buys what, where, and for how much.
- Feeding CRMs, BI dashboards or Zapier/Make automations on a schedule.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `publishedFrom` / `publishedTo` | Date range `YYYY-MM-DD` (max 31 days; default last 3 days). |
| `cpvCodes` | CPV prefixes, e.g. `72` (IT services), `45` (construction). |
| `keywords` | Words in title/description (French). |
| `departments` | Department codes, e.g. `75`, `69`, `2A`. |
| `noticeKinds` | `tender`, `award`, `correction`. |
| `minValueEur` | Minimum published value. |
| `maxResults` | Cap on returned notices (default 100). |

Example:

```json
{ "publishedFrom": "2026-11-01", "publishedTo": "2026-11-02", "cpvCodes": ["72"], "noticeKinds": ["tender"], "maxResults": 50 }
```

### Output example

```json
{
  "noticeId": "26-106023",
  "publicationDate": "2026-11-02",
  "deadline": "2026-11-30T12:00:00+01:00",
  "department": "93",
  "buyerName": "Plaine Commune Habitat",
  "title": "2026-31 ACCORD-CADRE DE TRAVAUX D'INSTALLATIONS ÉLECTRIQUES ...",
  "noticeKind": "tender",
  "contractNature": "works",
  "cpvMain": "45310000",
  "url": "https://www.boamp.fr/pages/avis/?q=idweb:\"26-106023\""
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per event: you pay per notice returned (`result-item`). No subscription. You only pay for results you receive.

### FAQ

**Is this legal?** The data are public-sector procurement notices released as open data under the French *Licence Ouverte*. The Actor only extracts organisation-level data (buyer name, SIRET, address of the institution). Contact persons, phone numbers and e-mail addresses are **not** extracted.

**Why are some values empty?** Older notice formats and award notices often do not publish an estimated value; deadlines do not apply to awards or corrections.

**How fresh is the data?** New notices appear in the DILA files the day they are published on BOAMP.

**Are texts translated?** No, texts are in French as published.

### Limitations

Only notices published on BOAMP are covered (not the EU-level TED notices; use the TED scraper for those). The Actor reads files at a polite rate (about 5 files/second), so large date ranges take minutes.
