## Pricing

Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Feed: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby & Workable jobs API + new-job alerts

Get **every open job** from company career boards hosted on **Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workable** in one clean, normalized dataset. Paste company names, ATS board links or just a careers-page URL; the ATS is **auto-detected**. Turn on **Only new jobs since last run** and schedule it daily to get a new-job alert feed.

Uses only the official public job-board APIs these ATS vendors publish for career pages. No login, no proxies, no browser, so runs are fast (hundreds of companies per minute) and cheap.

### What you get per job

`platform, company, companyName, jobId, title, department, team, location, country, workplaceType, isRemote, employmentType, salaryMin, salaryMax, salaryCurrency, salaryInterval, salaryText, postedAt, updatedAt, url, applyUrl, descriptionText (optional), isNew, input, scrapedAt`

Salary is filled from structured ATS pay ranges (Ashby, Lever) or parsed from pay-transparency text in the description (Greenhouse) where present.

### Use cases

- **Job alerts / job boards**: daily feed of new roles at a target company list (niche job boards, newsletters, Slack bots).
- **Sales signals**: companies hiring for "Salesforce", "SOC 2", "data engineer"… = buying intent.
- **Recruiting & market research**: headcount growth by department, remote share, salary bands by location.
- **AI agents / RAG**: structured, fresh job data via API or MCP.

### Input

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `companies` | `airbnb`, `lever:palantir`, `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai`, `https://www.notion.com/careers` |
| `titleKeywords` / `excludeTitleKeywords` | `engineer` / `intern` |
| `locationKeywords`, `remoteOnly`, `postedWithinDays` | `London`, `true`, `7` |
| `onlyNewSinceLastRun` | `true` (first run saves a baseline, later runs return only new jobs) |
| `includeDescription`, `maxJobsPerCompany`, `maxJobs` | |

### Sample output

```json
{"platform":"ashby","company":"openai","jobId":"240d459b-...","title":"Research Engineer","department":"Research",
 "location":"San Francisco","country":"United States","employmentType":"FullTime","salaryMin":250000,"salaryMax":445000,
 "salaryCurrency":"USD","salaryInterval":"1 YEAR","postedAt":"2025-04-05T00:03:20+00:00",
 "url":"https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai/240d459b-..."}
```

A local test run on 25 Oct 2026 returned 825 matching jobs from 6 companies (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable) in under 5 seconds.

### Pricing

Free to use for now: you only pay Apify's normal platform usage for the run. Pay-per-event pricing may be added later, with Apify's standard advance notice.

### Notes

- Only public job postings published by the employers themselves are returned. Respect each employer's terms when republishing.
- SmartRecruiters is not supported (its robots.txt disallows automated access).
- Issues or a missing ATS? Open an issue on the Issues tab.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

One per line. Accepts a company board slug (e.g. 'airbnb'), 'platform:slug' (e.g. 'lever:palantir'), an ATS URL (boards.greenhouse.io/..., jobs.lever.co/..., jobs.ashbyhq.com/..., apply.workable.com/...), or any company careers-page URL / domain (the embedded ATS board is auto-detected).

## `titleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title contains at least one of these words (case-insensitive). Leave empty for all jobs.

## `excludeTitleKeywords` (type: `array`):

Drop jobs whose title contains any of these words (e.g. 'intern', 'senior').

## `locationKeywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose location/country contains one of these strings (e.g. 'London', 'United States', 'Remote').

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs flagged remote by the ATS (or with 'remote' in the location).

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

0 = no date filter.

## `onlyNewSinceLastRun` (type: `boolean`):

Remembers job IDs per company list in a named key-value store in your account. First run outputs everything and saves the baseline; later runs output only jobs that were not seen before. Schedule it daily for a new-jobs alert feed.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Adds plain-text job description (larger output). Not available for Workable boards.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit.

## `maxJobs` (type: `integer`):

Hard cap on results (and cost). 0 = no limit.
