  placeholders, suggests (never applies) bind-address changes.
- Cost-risk sub-score in `data.cost_risk`.
- Input from pasted YAML and/or URLs (GitHub blob links converted to raw).
- Pay-per-event: `config-analyzed` per configuration, `optimized-config` only when changes were applied.
