  automation, ad pixels, CRM/ABM, live chat, payments, auth, CDN, hosting, JS/UI frameworks, A/B
  testing, consent, monitoring, search, video, scheduling, forms, reviews, ATS, docs, fonts,
  security/WAF). It uses a data-driven fingerprint database (`fingerprints.json`) with confidence
  scores, version extraction and implications (e.g. Next.js → React).
- **Company signals** from the public homepage: name, title, description, language, canonical URL,
  company social profiles, and pricing/careers/docs/status/security/trust pages. It never collects
  emails, phone numbers or personal profiles.
- **Deep scan** (opt-in, `deep-scan` event): up to 10 same-site pages (pricing, careers, docs, about,
  security/trust, contact) plus a `security.txt` check.
- **Web hygiene score** from 16 passive `TECH-*` rules (HTTPS, HSTS, CSP, nosniff, clickjacking,
  version disclosure, insecure cookies, mixed content, outdated jQuery/AngularJS/Bootstrap, CMS version
  exposure, ad pixels without a consent manager, security.txt).
- Polite crawling: robots.txt support (RFC 9309), sequential pages per domain, https → www → http
  fallback, 2 MB page cap, configurable concurrency (up to 50 domains).
- Spending-limit-aware concurrency: never starts more domains than the remaining budget allows.
  Unreachable, disallowed or invalid domains are reported and not charged.
