## Pricing

from $1.00 / 1,000 job results

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### What does ATS Jobs Monitor do?

**ATS Jobs Monitor** collects public job listings from company career pages hosted on **Greenhouse**, **Lever**, **Ashby**, **Workday**, **Personio**, **Recruitee**, **Teamtailor** and **BambooHR**, and returns them in one unified format. Eight applicant tracking systems, one schema, one Actor. Paste career page URLs to get open positions with title, location, links and optional descriptions. Department, contract type, salary and posting date are included when the source publishes them in a supported field.

With **monitoring mode**, schedule it daily or hourly to return **only the jobs that are new since the last run**, and optionally jobs that disappeared from a board. Unchanged jobs incur no result charge; company checks are still charged on each run.

Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby are accessed through their documented public job board APIs; Personio through its public XML job feed, Recruitee through its Careers Site API, Teamtailor through the career site's RSS feed and BambooHR through the JSON behind its public careers page. Workday is accessed through the public JSON endpoints used by its career sites; these are not a documented third-party API and can change. The Actor uses HTTP requests without a browser, login or proxy.

### Supported platforms

| Platform | Paste a URL like | Short form |
|---|---|---|
| Greenhouse | `https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe` | `greenhouse:stripe` |
| Lever | `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir` | `lever:palantir` |
| Ashby | `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai` | `ashby:openai` |
| Workday | `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite` | full URL only |
| Personio | `https://personio.jobs.personio.de` | `personio:personio` |
| Recruitee | `https://bunq.recruitee.com` | `recruitee:bunq` |
| Teamtailor | `https://career.teamtailor.com` | `teamtailor:career` |
| BambooHR | `https://bitly.bamboohr.com/careers` | `bamboohr:bitly` |

Mix platforms freely in one run: every job comes back with the same fields.

### Why use ATS Jobs Monitor?

- **Job seekers & job alert services**: get pinged the moment a target company opens a new role.
- **Recruiters & sourcing agencies**: track hiring at client and competitor companies, and spot which teams are growing.
- **Sales teams**: hiring is a buying signal. A company opening five data engineering roles probably needs data tools.
- **Investors & analysts**: measure headcount growth and hiring velocity across a portfolio.
- **Job boards & aggregators**: feed fresh, structured listings straight from the source.

### How to use ATS Jobs Monitor

1. Click **Try for free**.
2. In **Companies**, paste career page URLs, one per line. For example:
   - `https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe` or `https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/stripe`
   - `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir`
   - `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/openai`
   - `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite`
   - `https://personio.jobs.personio.de` · `https://bunq.recruitee.com` · `https://career.teamtailor.com` · `https://bitly.bamboohr.com/careers`
   - or `greenhouse:stripe`, `lever:palantir`, `ashby:openai`, `personio:acme`, `recruitee:acme`, `teamtailor:acme`, `bamboohr:acme`
   - or just the company slug, like `stripe`, to try Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. **Workday requires the complete career-site URL**, including its site name; a company slug is not enough.
3. Optionally add filters: title keywords, locations, departments, remote only, posted within N days.
4. Click **Start** and download the results as JSON, CSV, Excel or HTML.

#### Monitoring new jobs on a schedule

1. Turn on **Only new jobs since the last run**.
2. Give the watch list a **Monitor name**, for example `fintech-competitors`.
3. Save the input as a task and add a **schedule** (for example every morning at 7:00).
4. Connect the output to Slack, email, Google Sheets, Make, Zapier or a webhook through Apify integrations.

The first run returns all current jobs (or none, if you turn off **Return existing jobs on the first run**) and remembers them. From then on, each run returns only new postings. Turn on **Also report closed jobs** to get a `removed` record when a posting disappears.

```
A run summary (companies checked, not found, errors) is saved in the key-value store under `OUTPUT`.
### Data fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `type` | `job` for an open position, `removed` for a closed one (monitoring mode) |
| `ats` | `greenhouse`, `lever`, `ashby`, `workday`, `personio`, `recruitee`, `teamtailor` or `bamboohr` |
| `companySlug`, `companyName` | Board identifier and company display name; Workday uses `tenant/site` as the slug |
| `jobId`, `title` | Job identifier on the platform and job title |
| `department`, `team` | As published by the company |
| `location`, `allLocations` | Main location and all listed locations |
| `isRemote`, `workplaceType` | Remote flag; `remote`, `hybrid` or `on-site` when published |
| `employmentType` | Full-time, part-time, contract… when published |
| `salary` | Min, max, currency, interval and summary, when published (mainly Lever and Ashby) |
| `postedAt`, `updatedAt` | Publication and last update dates (ISO 8601, UTC), when available |
| `url`, `applyUrl` | Job page and application page |
| `description` | Full job description as plain text (can be turned off) |
| `isNew`, `firstSeenAt` | Monitoring mode: whether the job is new, and when the Actor first saw it |
Fields not published in a supported source field are `null` or empty. `description` is `null` when **Include job descriptions** is off. The remote flag is based on source labels and location text; `false` does not guarantee that a role is on-site. A department filter excludes jobs without a matching department or team. The date filter retains jobs whose publication date is unknown.
#### Workday support and performance
Only need Workday? [Workday Jobs Scraper & New Job Alerts](https://apify.com/mikirag3/workday-jobs-monitor) is the same engine with a Workday-focused setup. Only Greenhouse? Use [Greenhouse Jobs Scraper & New Job Alerts](https://apify.com/mikirag3/greenhouse-jobs-monitor).
Use the complete public URL on `myworkdayjobs.com`, for example `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite`. Each career site is checked separately, even when the company has several sites. Custom company domains and bare company slugs cannot identify a Workday site automatically.
With **Include job descriptions** enabled, the Actor makes an additional request for each Workday job to retrieve its description and enrich available details. Monitoring mode skips detail requests for jobs already seen, and title keyword filters (**Job title must contain** / **Exclude titles containing**) skip detail requests for jobs they discard. Without title filters, the first run on a large board can take tens of minutes with descriptions enabled; with them, it usually takes a few minutes. The input example above disables descriptions for a faster first check; the option remains enabled by default.
Turning the option off returns listing-level data: department, team, salary, employment type and publication date are `null`. Listing locations may be a summary such as `3 Locations` rather than individual cities. With descriptions enabled, some fields may still remain `null` even when text in a job description mentions them. Missing structured values are not inferred from prose, and relative date labels are not converted into guessed publication dates.
The **Max jobs per company** setting limits returned open jobs, not board pagination or detail requests. Company-check and job-result pricing stays the same for Workday; enabling descriptions increases requests and runtime without adding a separate detail-result event. Check the current pricing on the Actor's Store page.
Workday site configurations vary and its public endpoints can change. A failed or incomplete board read is reported as an error rather than treated as evidence that jobs closed.
Some Workday sites limit a single search to 2,000 listings. The Actor can read larger boards by splitting searches with the site's published filters, when it can verify complete coverage. If it cannot retrieve and verify the full board, it reports an error instead of returning a partial set as complete.
### How much does it cost?
This Actor uses **pay-per-event** pricing, so you only pay for what you get:
- **Company checked**: $0.001, charged once per company per run.
- **Job result**: $0.001 per job returned, i.e. **$1 per 1,000 jobs**.
Example: a first full snapshot of 20 companies with 100 open jobs each costs about $2.02. After that, a daily monitoring run on the same 20 companies costs $0.02 plus $0.001 for each new job.
In monitoring mode, unchanged jobs are not returned and not charged. A daily watch on 50 companies costs mostly the company checks plus the handful of new jobs each day. You can cap the cost of any run with Apify's **maximum cost per run** setting, and the Actor stops cleanly when the cap is reached, without losing track of the jobs it didn't deliver.
### Tips
- **Finding the career page URL**: open the company's careers page and follow its job-board or application link. Look for `greenhouse.io`, `lever.co`, `ashbyhq.com`, `myworkdayjobs.com`, `jobs.personio.de`, `recruitee.com`, `teamtailor.com` or `bamboohr.com`. For embedded boards, find the original board URL. Slug detection is available for Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby; Workday needs its full site URL.
- **Separate watch lists**: use a different **Monitor name** for each schedule, so each list keeps its own memory.
- **Smaller output**: turn off **Include job descriptions** if you only need titles and links.
### FAQ
**Does it need an account or API key?** No. It reads publicly accessible job listings. It does not log into career sites or submit applications. Review each source's terms and your intended use of its data; public accessibility is not a guarantee of permission for every use.
**A company was not found.** The company may use an unsupported platform (such as SmartRecruiters or Workable), or its board slug differs from its name. For Workday, supply the complete `myworkdayjobs.com` URL including the career-site name. A site-specific restriction or endpoint change may also cause an error; check the run summary.
**Something doesn't work or you need another platform?** Open an issue in the **Issues** tab. Requests for new platforms and filters are welcome.
# Actor input Schema
## `companies` (type: `array`):
Career pages on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Personio, Recruitee, Teamtailor or BambooHR. Paste URLs such as https://jobs.lever.co/acme, https://acme.jobs.personio.de, https://acme.recruitee.com, https://acme.teamtailor.com, https://acme.bamboohr.com/careers or https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite. Short forms like 'greenhouse:acme', 'personio:acme' or 'bamboohr:acme' also work. A bare slug ('acme') is tried on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. Workday requires the complete myworkdayjobs.com career-site URL.
## `keywords` (type: `array`):
Keep only jobs whose title contains at least one of these words. Case-insensitive. Leave empty for all jobs.
## `excludeKeywords` (type: `array`):
Drop jobs whose title contains any of these words, e.g. 'intern', 'senior'.
## `locations` (type: `array`):
Keep only jobs located in one of these places, e.g. 'London', 'Germany', 'Remote'.
## `departments` (type: `array`):
Keep only jobs in matching departments or teams, e.g. Engineering or Sales. Jobs with no published department or team will not match this filter.
## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):
Keep only jobs marked as remote by the company (or with 'remote' in the location).
## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):
Keep jobs with a published date within the last N days. Jobs with unknown dates are retained. Leave empty for no limit. Workday publication dates require Include job descriptions.
## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):
Monitoring mode. The Actor remembers which jobs it has already seen and returns only new postings. Perfect for a daily or hourly schedule.
## `monitorName` (type: `string`):
Keeps separate memories for different watch lists. Use a different name for each schedule that tracks a different list of companies.
## `reportRemovedJobs` (type: `boolean`):
In monitoring mode, also return a 'removed' record for every job that disappeared from a career page since the last run.
## `emitExistingOnFirstRun` (type: `boolean`):
In monitoring mode, the first run for a company returns all of its current jobs. Turn off to only start a baseline and get truly new jobs from the next run onwards.
## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):
Include full descriptions as plain text. On Workday, also fetch job details to enrich dates, locations and employment type when available. Large Workday boards take longer with this enabled; monitoring skips details for jobs already seen. Turn off for listing-only results with fewer fields and unknown publication dates.
## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):
Return at most this many matching open jobs per company, newest first when dates are available. This limits output, not the number of requests needed to read a board. Closed-job records are additional. Leave empty for no limit.
