- Added URLs include the HTML page title (`pageTitle`), on the same site, obeying `robots.txt`, up to Max page titles (default 50). Removed URLs and lastmod edits are not opened. The title is not a new charge: the events stay `sitemap-compared` and `url-change`.
- Path filters match a segment. `/blog`, `/pricing` and `/products` keep a watch on those sections. `/blog` does not match `/blogger`. The next run of an existing watchlist saves a new baseline once, because the match changed.
- A missing `lastmod` is not a change. URLs with no date are reported when they are added or removed. A date that appears or disappears is stored (the last known date is kept) and is not charged as a URL change. The summary field `urlsWithoutLastmod` counts them.
