## Angi Near-Me Scraper (Apify actor)

Targeted scraper for Angi `/nearme/<category>/` listing pages. You supply the
categories (and optionally a ZIP); it paginates, parses the ProList business
cards, merges JSON-LD addresses, and writes one record per business to the
dataset.

### Important — scope and terms

Scraping Angi is **against Angi's Terms of Service**. This actor is deliberately
built for small, targeted runs — specific verticals/locations you have a
legitimate need for — not whole-site harvesting:

- `categories` is required input; there is no "all categories" mode.
- `maxItems` hard-caps every run.
- A politeness delay sits between requests.

If your use case is bulk or commercial (many categories nationwide), use a
licensed data source instead. It is cheaper than the proxy/anti-bot arms race
and keeps you on the right side of the terms.
