## Bankrate Rate Scraper

Collects Bankrate's published national average rates from a Bankrate hub page
(default the mortgages hub) and returns one row per product — for example 30-year
fixed, 15-year fixed, 30-year FHA and 30-year VA — with the rate, the
day-over-day change and the "Rates as of" date.
