## FCC License Search Scraper

Searches FCC radio licenses by licensee name, FRN or callsign and returns license id, licensee, FRN, callsign, radio service, status and expiration date. The actor first tries the documented FCC License View API; because that API is currently offline (checked 2026-08), it automatically falls back to the official FCC ULS license search, which serves the same core data.
