## Capterra Review Scraper

Collects software reviews from the Capterra.com business-software directory. Name a product — or paste its Capterra profile link — and you get one flat record per review: the full rating breakdown Capterra collects (overall, ease of use, functionality, value for money, customer support and likelihood to recommend), the pros and cons text, and who wrote it (job title, industry, company size, how long they used the product), along with the alternatives they considered and the product they switched from.

### Notes

- Runs with empty input (defaults to the latest Slack reviews).
- Enable a US-based proxy for the most reliable results.
- Pasting the exact product URL is the surest way to target the right listing when several products share a name.
