Scrapes vacation-rental listings from [Vrbo](https://www.vrbo.com),

With `include_reviews` enabled each record also carries a `reviews` array of
`{review_id, title, text, author, submitted, score}` objects.

### Data source and auth

No API key or account is required — both endpoints are the unauthenticated ones the Vrbo web
app itself uses. The region typeahead (`/api/v4/typeahead/`) is openly reachable. The
`/graphql` property-search gateway, however, is fronted by Akamai Bot Manager plus an Expedia
edge quota that answers `{"error":"Too Many Requests","message":"Provisioned request rate has
been exceeded"}` to datacenter IP ranges. Run this actor behind an Apify **residential** proxy
(ideally US-geolocated) for reliable results; from an unproxied cloud IP the search step will
return that 429 and the actor will report it as an error record.

### Caveats

Vrbo's `robots.txt` disallows `/search?`, and the GraphQL endpoint is a private internal API
whose schema can change without notice. Respect Vrbo's Terms of Service, keep request volume
low (the actor already sleeps ~0.8 s between pages), and do not redistribute scraped listing
or review content.
