## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs API — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee & Personio

Get every open job from a company's career page in one clean format, using the **official public job-board APIs**
that Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee and Personio provide for exactly this purpose. No browser, no HTML parsing,
no login, no proxies: fast, stable and cheap.

### What you get

- **5 applicant tracking systems** in one Actor, including the European ones (**Recruitee**, **Personio**) that most tools skip.
- **Auto-detection**: paste a career page URL, or just a company name, and the Actor finds which system it uses.
- **One normalized schema** for all sources (see below), with the job description as clean plain text.
- **Filters**: keywords, locations or country, workplace type (remote / hybrid / onsite), posted within N days.
- **"Only new jobs" mode**: remembers what it already delivered and returns only new postings. Schedule it daily to get a job alert feed.

### Input examples

```json
{
  "companies": [
    "https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb",
    "https://jobs.lever.co/palantir",
    "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp",
    "https://bunq.recruitee.com",
    "https://personio.jobs.personio.de",
    "notion"
  ],
  "keywords": ["engineer", "data"],
  "locations": ["Berlin", "Remote"],
  "onlyNewJobs": true
}
```

Accepted formats for each company: a career page URL, `source:slug` (e.g. `greenhouse:airbnb`, `lever:palantir`,
`ashby:ramp`, `recruitee:bunq`, `personio:personio`), or a bare slug (tried on every source).

### Output

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `source` | `greenhouse`, `lever`, `ashby`, `recruitee` or `personio` |
| `company`, `companySlug` | Company name (or slug when the source does not provide a name) |
| `jobId` | Job ID in the source system |
| `title`, `department`, `team` | As published by the company |
| `location`, `locations` | Main location and all listed locations |
| `country` | Country code or name, when provided by the source |
| `workplaceType` | `remote`, `hybrid`, `onsite`, or `null` if not stated |
| `employmentType` | e.g. Full-time, FullTime, permanent |
| `salary` | Salary range text when the company publishes it |
| `publishedAt`, `updatedAt` | ISO dates |
| `url`, `applyUrl` | Job page and application page |
| `description` | Plain-text description (can be turned off) |
| `fetchedAt` | When this Actor fetched the job |

```json
{
  "source": "ashby",
  "company": "ramp",
  "title": "Technical Consultant, Commercial",
  "department": "Sales",
  "location": "Remote (US)",
  "locations": ["Remote (US)", "San Francisco, CA", "New York, NY (HQ)"],
  "workplaceType": "remote",
  "employmentType": "FullTime",
  "salary": "$124,560 – $190,300 • Offers Equity",
  "publishedAt": "2026-09-11T20:36:34.947Z",
  "url": "https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp/100c09be-..."
}
```

### Pricing

Pay per result: **$1.50 per 1,000 jobs** delivered, plus a small start fee per run. Jobs removed by your filters are free.
The Actor stops by itself when it reaches the maximum cost you set for the run.

### Use cases

- Job boards and aggregators that list jobs from specific companies
- Recruiting and sales teams tracking which companies are hiring, and for which roles
- Daily job alerts on a watch list of companies (schedule + "only new jobs")
- Hiring trend analysis for market research

### Notes

- Only published, public job postings are returned, through the endpoints each vendor documents for public job boards.
  Recruiter contact e-mails are deliberately left out.
- If a company is not found, check its career page URL: it must be hosted on one of the five supported systems.
- Questions or a missing ATS? Open an issue on the Actor page.

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Career page URLs (e.g. https://jobs.lever.co/palantir, https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp, https://bunq.recruitee.com, https://personio.jobs.personio.de), or 'source:slug' (e.g. greenhouse:airbnb). A bare slug is tried on every supported source.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep a job if its title, department or team contains any of these words (case-insensitive). Leave empty to keep all.

## `searchInDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Slower matching but finds jobs where the keyword only appears in the description.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep a job if one of its locations (or its country code) contains any of these texts, e.g. 'Berlin', 'France', 'Remote'.

## `workplaceTypes` (type: `array`):

Keep only these workplace types. 'unknown' = not stated by the company.

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs published in the last N days. 0 = no limit.

## `onlyNewJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Remember delivered jobs in your account and skip them next time. Ideal for scheduled runs.

## `includeDescription` (type: `boolean`):

Turn off for smaller, faster results when you only need titles and links.

## `maxJobsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit.

## `maxJobs` (type: `integer`):

0 = no limit (your run cost limit still applies).

```
# Actor output Schema
