# TikTok Shop Category Scraper — every product (`mu0i/tiktok-shop-category-scraper`) Actor

Every product in a US TikTok Shop category: title, price, discount, rating, review count, sold count, seller and image. Walks subcategories too, so one category can yield thousands of products rather than the ~110 a single feed holds. No login, no browser.

## Pricing

from $2.70 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

# README

### TikTok Shop Category Scraper — every product

Products from a **US TikTok Shop** category, deduplicated, as flat dataset rows. No login, no browser, no proxy
to configure.

### How to use

1. Click **Try for free** at the top of this page. Apify creates a free account if you do not have one — no card is needed to run this.
2. Put what you want scraped into **Category URLs** — one per line.
3. Set **Max products per category** to bound the run, then press **Start**. You are billed per row, so this field is also your budget.
4. Rows show up in the **Dataset** tab *while the run is still going*. Export to JSON, CSV, Excel or XML from there, or read them over the API.

Leave **Include subcategories** on if you want more than ~110 products — a single category feed runs out there, and the subcategory walk is what goes past it.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `categoryUrls` | US category pages (`https://shop.tiktok.com/us/c/<slug>/<id>`), one per line. |
| `maxProductsPerCategory` | Stops each category's walk at this many products. Default 100, up to 5000. |
| `includeSubcategories` | Also collect from the category's subcategories. Default on — this is what lets you go past ~110. |

Every field, with its default — paste the whole block and delete what you do not need:

```json
{
  "categoryUrls": [
    "https://shop.tiktok.com/us/c/womenswear-underwear/601152"
  ],
  "maxProductsPerCategory": 100,
  "includeSubcategories": true
}
```

### Output

One row per product:

| field | |
|---|---|
| `categoryId` | the category you asked for |
| `sourceCategoryId`, `sourceCategoryName` | the subcategory the product actually came from |
| `productId` | |
| `title` | |
| `price`, `originPrice`, `currency` | |
| `rating`, `reviewCount` | |
| `soldCount` | |
| `sellerId`, `shopName` | |
| `image`, `pdpUrl` | feed `pdpUrl` straight into the Product or Reviews Actor |

One row, exactly as it lands in your dataset (long signed CDN links shortened here for readability):

```json
{
  "categoryId": "601152",
  "sourceCategoryId": "601152",
  "sourceCategoryName": "Womenswear & Underwear",
  "sourceCategoryLevel": 1,
  "productId": "1732094657651118278",
  "title": "【4 Pack】HSIA Enchante Lace Bra Set Floral Lace Underwire PLus Size Full Coverage Bra Bundle",
  "price": "77.59",
  "originPrice": "139.96",
  "currency": "USD",
  "rating": 4.7,
  "reviewCount": 509,
  "soldCount": 5775,
  "sellerId": "7495385741578963142",
  "shopName": "Hsia-Bras",
  "image": "https://p16-oec-general-useast5.ttcdn-us.com/tos-useast5-i-omjb5zjo8w-…?…",
  "pdpUrl": "https://shop.tiktok.com/us/pdp/4-pack-floral-lace-underwire-plus-size-…"
}
```

#### Run it from your own code

Every Actor is an API endpoint. This starts a run, waits for it, and returns the rows in one call — swap in your token from **Settings → Integrations**:

```bash
curl -X POST 'https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/mu0i~tiktok-shop-category-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_TOKEN' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{
    "categoryUrls": [
      "https://shop.tiktok.com/us/c/womenswear-underwear/601152"
    ],
    "maxProductsPerCategory": 100,
    "includeSubcategories": true
  }'
```

### Pricing

Pay per result — you are billed for rows you receive, not for time or compute.

| Event | Per 1,000 | What one unit is |
|---|---:|---|
| `product` | $6.00 | one product in the dataset |

**Paid Apify plans pay less than this.** The table above is the free-plan rate. Starter, Scale and Business each get a lower per-unit price — up to **55% off** on Business — and the Actor's Pricing tab shows every tier before you run anything.

**Starting a run costs $0.00001** — a cent per thousand runs — and there is no run minimum. **You are never billed for a run that found nothing.** If an input has nothing to collect the run says so
in a row of the dataset — never a silently empty result, and never a charge. A run that fails because the
data could not be *reached* fails loudly, because that one is worth retrying.

### Notes

- **Nothing to configure.** No proxy, no browser, no residential setup — the Actor handles reaching the US
  storefront for you.
- **A single category feed is finite** — it runs out at roughly 100–110 products. That is the storefront's
  limit, not a setting. To collect more, leave `includeSubcategories` on: the run then works through the
  category's subcategories one level at a time, and every row tells you which one it came from. With it off,
  asking for more than ~110 returns what exists and stops rather than looping.
- **Rows arrive while the run is still going**, so a large request fills the dataset progressively instead of
  making you wait for the whole crawl. A big walk starts returning products within about 10–15 seconds.
- Products are deduplicated across the whole run — subcategories included, and across the categories you
  entered — so 1000 rows means 1000 different products. If two of your categories overlap, or one contains
  another, you receive each product once and are **billed once**.
- Several categories are collected at the same time, so a list of them is not simply the sum of their times.
- An empty category returns a row saying so and is not charged; a category that could not be reached fails.
- Only public data. There is no login.

### Related Actors

Fourteen Actors covering the whole public TikTok surface. Same billing rules and the same guarantees throughout: billed once for each row you receive, never billed for a run that found nothing, and told in the dataset why it found nothing.

# Actor input Schema

## `categoryUrls` (type: `array`):

US category pages (https://shop.tiktok.com/us/c/<slug>/<id>, e.g. …/c/womenswear-underwear/601152). One per line.

## `maxProductsPerCategory` (type: `integer`):

Stops each category's walk at this many products — this is what bounds your cost. A category's own feed runs out at about 100-110 products; to go past that, leave "Include subcategories" on.

## `includeSubcategories` (type: `boolean`):

Also collect products from the category's subcategories, one level at a time, until the limit above is reached. A category's own feed stops at about 100-110 products, so this is what makes larger numbers achievable — "Phones & Electronics", for example, has 11 subcategories, each with roughly another 100. Every row carries the subcategory it came from. Turn this off to stay strictly inside the one category you asked for, and expect at most ~110 products.

  "includeSubcategories": true
}
```
# Actor output Schema
## `results` (type: `string`):
Every product in the category and its subcategories.
