## Changelog

### 2.0 — 2026-10-08

- Private candidate based on a fresh pull of the existing public Actor version 1.3.
- Adds Idox council search/detail adapters and Northern Ireland public-register search.
- Adds nation, authority, application status, application type and validated date.
- Fixes upper date filtering, stable deduplication, automatic start billing and confirmed result charges.
- Adds input rejection, HTTP/runtime/transfer caps, lifecycle state and partial-source diagnostics.
- Alternates between selected portals for broader default coverage and lower per-council request pressure.
- Preserves independent council guest sessions when a source switches proxy route.
- Honors source Retry-After guidance and uses SDK billing without the obsolete write monkey patch.
- Adds reproducible cloud evidence; existing public Actor source and pricing are preserved.
