## Pricing

from $0.80 / 1,000 roblox game records

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Roblox Games Scraper

Extract public Roblox experience details for game research, competitor monitoring, and creator analysis. Supply Roblox game URLs or universe IDs; each delivered game is one dataset record.

### Data returned

Each record includes the universe ID, root place ID, name, description, creator ID/name/type, current players, visits, favorites, server player capacity, genre, creation and update times, canonical URL, and scrape time. Optional up-vote and down-vote counts are included when Roblox returns them. Missing metrics are `null`.

### Input

| Field | Use |
| --- | --- |
| `startUrls` | Public `https://www.roblox.com/games/<placeId>` URLs. The Actor reads the page's universe ID. |
| `universeIds` | Known universe IDs, for example `383310974`. |
| `includeVotes` | Fetch public vote counts. Defaults to `true`. |
| `maxResults` | Maximum unique games, 1–100. Defaults to 20. |

The default input scrapes the public Adopt Me! experience. For an ID-only run, set `startUrls` to `[]` and provide `universeIds`.

```json
{
  "startUrls": [],
  "universeIds": ["383310974"],
  "includeVotes": true,
  "maxResults": 1
}
```

Roblox games have both a place ID (in the URL) and a universe ID (for game details). Do not put place IDs in `universeIds`. The Actor deduplicates universe IDs and never invents missing game records. `OUTPUT` reports `DATA`, `EMPTY`, `BLOCKED`, `REJECTED`, `LIMIT_REACHED`, or `FAILED`, delivered count, warnings, and stop reason. A valid unknown universe ID returns a truthful zero-result diagnostic.

### Pricing

Pay per event has one automatic start event and one automatic dataset-item event per delivered game. The Actor does not manually charge either event. Platform usage is included in the event prices.

| Event | FREE | BRONZE | SILVER | GOLD |
| --- | ---: | ---: | ---: | ---: |
| Start | $0.006250 | $0.006094 | $0.005938 | $0.005000 |
| Game record | $0.001000 | $0.000975 | $0.000950 | $0.000800 |

Bronze, Silver, and Gold record prices are 2.5%, 5%, and 20% below Free. The start-event floor is $0.005. At Free prices, one result costs $0.00725 and five results cost $0.01125. Empty runs may still incur the start event. Verified hosted Apify free-plan runs deliver at most five games; upgrade for more. The result count also stops at `maxResults`.

Platinum and Diamond currently use the Gold prices. The first private one-result cloud canary used about $0.000174 in Apify platform resources, provisionally; creator proceeds at the Free event prices would be $0.0058 after Apify's 20% share, before platform cost. The Actor checks the remaining event budget before fetching and writing another game.

### Reliability and limits

The Actor uses public Roblox game pages to resolve place IDs, then Roblox's public game details and vote endpoints. It uses short timeouts and bounded retries for rate limits and transient server errors. It does not require a Roblox login, scrape private data, or bypass challenges. Roblox may restrict access or change public page markup or endpoints; a blocked request is reported in `OUTPUT` without a fabricated result. Current player counts and other metrics change over time.

Use this Actor only for public experience metadata and comply with Roblox's terms and applicable law. It does not extract user profiles, chat, inventory, private servers, or authenticated creator analytics.

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Use this when you have Roblox experience pages, such as https://www.roblox.com/games/920587237/Adopt-Me. Up to 100 URLs. Place IDs are resolved from each public page.

## `universeIds` (type: `array`):

Use this when you already know Roblox universe IDs, such as 383310974. Up to 100 IDs; combine with game URLs if useful.

## `includeVotes` (type: `boolean`):

Fetch public up-vote and down-vote counts for each experience. Default: true.

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many unique public experiences. Range: 1–100; default: 20. Verified free-plan runs are capped at five.

}
```
# Actor output Schema
## `results` (type: `string`):
