## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## ATS Jobs Scraper

Scrape **job postings straight from company career boards on Greenhouse and Lever** — **title, location, department, team, work type, and a direct apply link**. No API key, nothing to configure.

Add company slugs like `stripe` or `spotify`, get every open role on their board — ready to export to CSV, Excel, or JSON for recruiting, job boards, or hiring-trend research.

### Features

- **Straight from the source** — jobs come from the companies' own career boards, so they are current and complete.
- **Two platforms in one run** — Greenhouse and Lever boards side by side, in one clean schema.
- **Keyword filters** — keep only titles or locations you care about (e.g. `engineer`, `remote`).
- **Full descriptions** — each job includes its description text and last-updated date.

### Use cases

- **Recruiting & sourcing** — watch target companies for new openings.
- **Job boards & aggregators** — feed fresh listings from hundreds of companies.
- **Market research** — track which teams and locations companies are hiring for.
- **Sales signals** — hiring in a department is a buying signal.

### Input

| Field | Type | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| `greenhouseBoards` | string\[] | Greenhouse company slugs — the part after `boards.greenhouse.io/`. |
| `leverBoards` | string\[] | Lever company slugs — the part after `jobs.lever.co/`. |
| `titleKeywords` | string\[] | Keep only jobs whose title contains any of these words. |
| `locationKeywords` | string\[] | Keep only jobs whose location contains any of these words. |
| `maxItems` | integer | Max jobs per company board. Default 200. |

Unknown slugs are skipped.

#### Examples

```json
{
  "greenhouseBoards": ["stripe", "figma"],
  "leverBoards": ["spotify"],
  "maxItems": 200
}
```

```json
{
  "greenhouseBoards": ["gitlab", "databricks", "coinbase"],
  "titleKeywords": ["engineer", "developer"],
  "locationKeywords": ["remote"]
}
```

### Output

Each record is one job:

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| `company` / `platform` | Company slug and `greenhouse` or `lever`. |
| `jobId` / `title` / `url` | Job ID, title and apply link. |
| `location` / `workplaceType` | Location and on-site / remote / hybrid when given. |
| `department` / `team` / `commitment` | Department, team and employment type when given. |
| `description` | Job description text. |
| `updatedAt` / `scrapedAt` | Last update on the board and scrape time. |

#### Example

```json
{
  "company": "stripe",
  "platform": "greenhouse",
  "jobId": "8172487",
  "title": "Abuse Investigator",
  "url": "https://stripe.com/jobs/search?gh_jid=8172487",
  "location": "Dublin",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-09-23T22:02:59.984Z"
}
```

Download the dataset as **JSON, CSV, Excel, or XML**, or pull it via the Apify API.

### Pricing

Pay-per-event: **$0.01 per run start** (per GB of run memory) plus **$0.50 per 1,000 jobs**. You only pay for jobs actually returned. See the **Pricing** tab for current rates.
