### Notes

- Duty pharmacy assignments change daily, so results reflect whichever day(s) you request at run time — schedule the actor to run daily if you need continuously fresh data.
- `neighborhood` and `landmark` aren't always available for every pharmacy; these will be `null` when not shown for that listing.
- Leaving `provinces` empty returns every pharmacy on duty nationwide, which is useful for building a full daily snapshot but produces a large dataset (several thousand rows).
