## Open Trivia DB Scraper

Pulls trivia questions from the Open Trivia Database public API, filterable
by category, difficulty and question type. No login, no proxy, no browser.

### Input

### Output

One row per question: `category`, `type`, `difficulty`, `question`,
`correctAnswer`, `incorrectAnswers`.

### Notes

- Requested with `encode=url3986` and decoded on the way out, so `&`, quotes
  and accented characters come through clean instead of as HTML entities.
- A filter combination with no matching questions throws rather than
  returning an empty dataset silently — Open Trivia DB reports this as
  `response_code` 1, not an HTTP error.
