## What's an Apify Actor?

Actors are web data automations that power AI and operations. They run on the Apify platform to scrape websites, process data, connect APIs, and automate workflows.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.
Actors are written with capital "A".

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.
The best way to integrate Actors is as follows.

- **AI agents and MCP clients** — the [Apify MCP server](https://docs.apify.com/integrations/mcp.md) at `https://mcp.apify.com` (remote, streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use).
- **Agentic workflows and local Actor development** — [Agent Skills](https://apify.com/.well-known/agent-skills/index.json) with the [Apify CLI](https://docs.apify.com/cli/docs.md): `npm install -g apify-cli`, then `apify login`.
- **JavaScript/TypeScript projects** — the official [JS/TS client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md): `npm install apify-client`.
- **Python projects** — the official [Python client](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md): `pip install apify-client`.
- **Any other language** — the [REST API](https://docs.apify.com/api/v2.md).

For usage examples, see the [API](#api) section below.

## Reclame Aqui Scraper

**Public reputation and complaint listings from Brazil’s consumer-rights platform.**

CAPTCHA = falha fechada.
- Filtro opcional de datas. Dedup por id/URL.
- Sem login, sem área da empresa, sem API HugMe paga.

### Fonte

Páginas públicas:

- `https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/{slug}/`
- `https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/{slug}/lista-reclamacoes/`
- `https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/busca/?q=`

O site costuma servir Cloudflare no datacenter.

Se o fetch direto for bloqueado no CI, `npm test` continua válido.

### Amostra de saída

Fixture ilustrativa (estrutura típica da página pública — **não é extração ao vivo desta semana**):

```json
{
  "recordType": "company",
  "companyName": "Nubank",
  "companySlug": "nubank",
  "score": 8.1,
  "replyRate": 97.2,
  "solvedRate": 78.5,
  "totalComplaints": 152340,
  "url": "https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/nubank/"
}
```

```json
}
```

### Configuração

### PPE

Evento `dataset-item`: **US$ 4–5 / 1.000 itens** sugerido (browser + anti-bot).

### LGPD

Relatos de consumidores são dados pessoais. Use para fins legítimos (análise agregada, defesa do consumidor). Não coletamos e-mail, telefone nem sessão.

### Desenvolvimento

npm install && npm test && npm run build
apify run
```
# Actor input Schema
## `companySlug` (type: `string`):
Identificador público da página, ex. nubank, itau, magazineluiza.
## `companyUrl` (type: `string`):
Alternativa ao slug. Ex.: https://www.reclameaqui.com.br/empresa/nubank/
## `searchQuery` (type: `string`):
Se não souber o slug, busca na página pública /busca/?q=
## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):
Quantas reclamações amostrais gravar além do card da empresa. Teto 5.000.
## `dateFrom` (type: `string`):
Filtro opcional YYYY-MM-DD sobre a data pública da reclamação.
## `dateTo` (type: `string`):
Filtro opcional YYYY-MM-DD.
## `includeCompanyCard` (type: `boolean`):
Grava um item company com nota, volumes e taxa de resposta.
## `useBrowser` (type: `boolean`):
O Reclame Aqui usa Cloudflare. HTTP é tentado primeiro; se vier challenge, o Playwright abre a página pública. CAPTCHA continua sendo falha fechada — sem bypass.
## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):
Padrão em produção: Apify RESIDENTIAL + país BR. Console → Use Apify Proxy, grupo RESIDENTIAL, country BR. Datacenter = Cloudflare.
## Actor input object example
```json
{
  "companySlug": "nubank",
  "maxItems": 15,
  "includeCompanyCard": true,
  "useBrowser": true,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true,
    "apifyProxyGroups": [
      "RESIDENTIAL"
    ]
  }
}
```
