## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## BOAMP Scraper: French public tenders (marchés publics) API

Search **French public procurement notices** from **BOAMP** (Bulletin officiel des annonces des marchés publics): **appels d'offres**, **avis d'attribution**, rectificatifs and more. Filter by keyword, **département**, market type (travaux, services, fournitures), deadline and publication date. Data comes from the **official BOAMP open data API** (DILA), so there are no proxies or scraping breakage.

Ideal for **veille marchés publics**, tender alerts, B2G sales prospecting and procurement analytics in France.

### Output fields

`id`, `title` (objet), `buyerName`, `buyerSiret`, `buyerCity`, `buyerPostcode`, `publicationDate`, `deadline` (date limite de réponse), `nature` / `natureLabel` (Avis de marché, Attribution…), `family`, `procedure`, `marketTypes`, `departments`, `descriptors`, `cpvCodes`, `estimatedValue`, `environmentalOrSocialCriteria`, `winner` (titulaire, award notices), `relatedNotices`, `buyerProfileUrl`, `url`.

### How to use

1. **Keywords**, comma-separated alternatives: `restauration, traiteur, cantine`. Strict matching (on by default) drops notices that BOAMP's stemmed search matched by accident ("traiteur" vs "traitement"). You are not charged for dropped notices.
2. **Départements**: `75`, `69`, `13`, `2A`, `971`…
3. **Market type** and **notice nature** (default: calls for tender only).
4. **Only tenders still open**: keeps notices whose deadline is today or later.
5. Date range or **Days back**, plus **Max notices** (up to 10,000 per run).

```json
{
  "keywords": "restauration collective, traiteur",
  "departments": ["75", "92", "93", "94"],
  "noticeNatures": ["APPEL_OFFRE"],
  "onlyOpen": true,
  "daysBack": 14,
  "maxItems": 300
}
```

Schedule it daily with `daysBack: 1` for a **BOAMP alert** by e-mail, Slack or webhook.

### Pricing

Pay per notice saved. See the Pricing tab.

### FAQ

**Legal?** Yes. BOAMP data is published by DILA under the Licence Ouverte / Open Licence 2.0. Source attribution is included in every record (`source`).

**Personal data?** Not output. Contact persons, e-mails and phone numbers in notices are not exported.

**Where are the tender documents (DCE)?** Follow `url` or `buyerProfileUrl` (profil acheteur).

# Actor input Schema

## `keywords` (type: `string`):

Search words in French, matched in the notice title/object. Separate alternatives with commas (OR), e.g. restauration, traiteur, cantine.

## `strictKeywords` (type: `boolean`):

BOAMP's search uses word stems (e.g. 'traiteur' also matches 'traitement'). When on, we keep only notices whose title really contains your word (accent-insensitive, word start). You are not charged for dropped notices.

## `departments` (type: `array`):

French département codes, e.g. 75, 69, 13, 2A, 971. Leave empty for all of France.

## `marketTypes` (type: `array`):

Works, services and/or supplies.

## `noticeNatures` (type: `array`):

Calls for tender, award notices, corrections. Empty = calls for tender only.

## `onlyOpen` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only notices whose response deadline is today or later.

## `publishedFrom` (type: `string`):

If empty, 'Days back' is used.

## `publishedTo` (type: `string`):

Empty = today.

## `daysBack` (type: `integer`):

Used when 'Published from' is empty.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of notices to return (you pay per notice). Up to 10,000 per run.
