Pay per usage

This Actor is paid per platform usage. The Actor is free to use, and you only pay for the Apify platform usage, which gets cheaper the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## Przetargi BZP Scraper: Polish public tenders (e-Zamówienia API)

Pobieraj **przetargi publiczne** z **Biuletynu Zamówień Publicznych (BZP)**, czyli zamówienia poniżej progów unijnych, przez **oficjalne API platformy e-Zamówienia**. Search **Polish public tenders** by keyword, CPV code, **województwo**, order type and date. Get the offer deadline, buyer, REGON/NIP, CPV codes, a short description and the link to the bidding platform.

Great for **monitoring przetargów**, sales prospecting to Polish public buyers, and analytics. It complements TED (above-threshold EU tenders).

### Output

`bzpNumber`, `noticeNumber`, `noticeType`, `title` (przedmiot zamówienia), `orderType` (dostawy/usługi/roboty budowlane), `cpvMain`, `cpvCodes`, `publicationDate`, `deadline` (termin składania ofert), `buyerName`, `buyerCity`, `province`, `buyerNip`, `buyerRegon`, `buyerStreet`, `buyerPostcode`, `buyerNuts3`, `buyerWebsite`, `buyerKind`, `procedureMode`, `procedurePageUrl`, `biddingPlatformUrl` (e.g. platformazakupowa.pl), `description` (krótki opis), `estimatedValueText`, `euFunded`, `belowEuThreshold`, `url`.

### How to use

```json
{
  "keywords": "catering, żywienie, dostawa żywności",
  "provinces": ["PL14", "PL12"],
  "orderType": "Services",
  "noticeType": "ContractNotice",
  "onlyOpen": true,
  "daysBack": 7,
  "maxItems": 200
}
```

- **Keywords**: comma-separated alternatives; matched in the order name (diacritics-insensitive).
- **CPV prefixes**: `55` (catering), `15` (food), `72` (IT), `45` (construction).

Pay per notice saved. See the Pricing tab.

### FAQ

**Legal?** The data comes from the public BZP via the e-Zamówienia board API run by Urząd Zamówień Publicznych. It is public information and reusable.

**Personal data?** Not output. Contact persons, e-mail addresses and phone numbers are removed from the description, and contractor names on result notices are not exported (only their count).

### Po polsku

**Przetargi BZP Scraper** pobiera ogłoszenia z **Biuletynu Zamówień Publicznych** przez oficjalne API platformy **e-Zamówienia** (Urząd Zamówień Publicznych). Bez proxy i bez scrapowania stron, więc działa stabilnie.

**Co dostajesz:** numer ogłoszenia BZP, rodzaj ogłoszenia, przedmiot zamówienia, rodzaj zamówienia (dostawy, usługi, roboty budowlane), kody CPV, datę publikacji, **termin składania ofert**, zamawiającego (nazwa, miasto, województwo, NIP, REGON, adres, strona WWW), tryb postępowania, link do platformy zakupowej, krótki opis i informację o finansowaniu z UE.

**Jak używać:**

1. **Słowa kluczowe** oddzielone przecinkami, np. `catering, żywienie, dostawa żywności` (wielkość liter i polskie znaki nie mają znaczenia).
2. **Kody CPV** lub ich początki, np. `55` (catering), `15` (żywność), `72` (IT), `45` (roboty budowlane).
3. **Województwa** (np. PL14 mazowieckie, PL12 małopolskie; pełna lista w formularzu), **rodzaj zamówienia** i **rodzaj ogłoszenia**.
4. Zaznacz **Tylko otwarte przetargi**, aby zostały tylko postępowania z terminem w przyszłości.
5. Ustaw codzienne uruchamianie (Schedule) z `daysBack: 1`, a dostaniesz **alert przetargowy** e-mailem, na Slacku lub przez webhook.

**Do czego:** monitoring przetargów, sprzedaż do sektora publicznego, analizy rynku zamówień.
