## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Room pages whose reviews you want, e.g. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/12537150 (any airbnb domain; query parameters are ignored).

## `listingIds` (type: `array`):

Airbnb listing ids instead of URLs, one per line, e.g. 12537150 (the number after /rooms/).

## `maxReviewsPerListing` (type: `integer`):

Stops each listing after this many reviews (0 = all). Airbnb serves 24 reviews per request; the Actor follows its offset until the listing's last review.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stops the whole run after this many reviews across all listings.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

Order in which Airbnb returns the reviews. With Most recent, a start date also stops the paging early.

## `dateFrom` (type: `string`):

Only reviews written on or after this date: YYYY-MM-DD, or relative like 30 days / 6 months / 1 year. Applied to each review's date; with Most recent the Actor stops at the first older review.

## `dateTo` (type: `string`):

Only reviews written on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD). Applied to each review's date.

## `searchQuery` (type: `string`):

Keep only reviews whose text, translation or host reply contains this word or phrase (not case-sensitive). Checked by the Actor on every review it reads, so it may read more pages than it returns.

## `filterByTopic` (type: `string`):

One of the review topics Airbnb shows for the listing, e.g. CLEANLINESS, LOCATION, HOSPITALITY, COMFORT, WALKABILITY, SLEEP (names or labels; the listing's own topic list is read at run time and printed in the log).

## `locale` (type: `string`):

Language code Airbnb uses for dates and machine translations, e.g. en, fr, de, es. The original review stays in Text; Airbnb's translation goes to Translated text.

## `includeListingInfo` (type: `boolean`):

Opens each listing's room page once for its name, overall rating, review count, city and the host's Superhost status.

## `onlyNewRowsStore` (type: `string`):

Name of a key-value store (letters, digits, hyphens) that remembers review ids between runs; reviews already returned by an earlier run with the same name are skipped. Leave empty to return every review.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Residential proxies (the default) are recommended. The Actor switches to a new IP when a request is blocked.
