## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# Actor input Schema

## `targets` (type: `array`):

Websites to check, one per line. A bare domain (apify.com) checks the whole domain; a URL with a path (https://apify.com/store) checks that one page.

## `mode` (type: `string`):

backlinks = one row per backlink; referring_domains = one row per linking domain; anchors = anchor-text distribution; summary = one profile row per target; competitor_gap = domains that link to a competitor but not to the target (fill in Competitor domains).

## `competitors` (type: `array`):

Competitor domains for mode competitor_gap, e.g. scrapingbee.com. Each competitor is one more check.

## `limit` (type: `integer`):

Rows per domain/URL. Seobility's free index returns one answer per target with up to about 1,000 links (measured: apify.com 961, apify.com/store 500); there are no further pages.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many rows across all targets.

## `includeAdditionalLinks` (type: `boolean`):

Backlinks mode: besides the main link of each linking domain, also list its other links to the target (Seobility's additional data).

## `linkType` (type: `string`):

Keep all links, only dofollow or only nofollow links (filtered on the returned links).

## `backlinksStatusType` (type: `string`):

all, live (links still on the page) or lost (links Seobility saw removed).

## `minDomainRank` (type: `integer`):

Keep links whose Seobility rating (0-100, strength of the linking page) is at least this value. 0 = no filter.

## `dateFrom` (type: `string`):

Keep links first seen on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD), e.g. 2026-01-01. Filtered on the returned links.

## `dateTo` (type: `string`):

Keep links first seen on or before this date (YYYY-MM-DD).

## `includeSubdomains` (type: `boolean`):

Domain checks: keep links pointing to subdomains (docs.apify.com) too. Off = only links to the domain itself (and www).

## `excludeDomains` (type: `array`):

Linking domains to drop, e.g. github.com (subdomains included).

## `tldFilter` (type: `array`):

Keep only linking domains with these endings, e.g. edu, gov, de. Empty = all.

## `includeMozMetrics` (type: `boolean`):

Also read the target's Moz Domain Authority, Spam Score, linking root domains and top linking domains from Moz's free Domain Analysis page (one more request per domain).

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Residential proxy is the default: Seobility's free checker allows 3 checks per IP per day, so every target runs on a fresh residential IP. Any country works.
