## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Career Site Jobs Scraper — open jobs from Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby and 9 more ATS

The Career Site Jobs Scraper collects every open job from company career sites hosted on 13 applicant-tracking systems and returns them in one schema: title, location, workplace type, employment type, department, salary, posting date, apply link and full description.

It reads the same public JSON (or XML) feed each career page uses itself. No login, no API key.

Supported (each measured on a live board): **Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Workable, BambooHR, Teamtailor, Breezy, Rippling, Pinpoint, Personio**.

#### How the ATS is detected

- A board URL names its vendor: `https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb`, `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir`, `https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite` ...
- A company's own careers page (`https://www.figma.com/careers/`) is opened and searched for links to these vendors; the most-linked board is used.
- A bare token (`huggingface`) is tried on each vendor until one has open jobs; `vendor:token` (`lever:palantir`) skips the guessing.

#### Input

| Field | Type | Default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| `startUrls` | URLs | Airbnb, Notion, NVIDIA (prefill) | Board URLs or company careers pages |
| `companies` | list | `lever:palantir` (prefill) | Tokens: `airbnb`, `greenhouse:airbnb`, `workday:<host>/<site>` |
| `keywords` | list | – | Keep jobs whose title contains one of these words |
| `locations` | list | – | Keep jobs whose location contains one of these texts |
| `remoteOnly` | boolean | `false` | Keep jobs the ATS marks remote (or whose location says remote) |
| `postedWithinDays` | integer | `0` | Keep jobs published in the last N days; jobs without a date are kept |
| `includeDetails` | boolean | `true` | One extra call per job where the list lacks the description (SmartRecruiters, Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, Breezy) or the pay range (Greenhouse) |
| `maxItemsPerCompany` | integer | `0` (prefill 10) | Cap per board; 0 = all open jobs |
| `maxItems` | integer | `100` | Cap for the whole run |
| `proxyConfiguration` | proxy | Apify datacenter | These are public feeds; datacenter proxy is enough |

#### Output

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `ats`, `companyName`, `companyToken`, `boardUrl` | Vendor, company, board token, board page |
| `jobId`, `title`, `jobUrl`, `applyUrl` | `applyUrl` only where the vendor publishes one (Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Workable) |
| `location`, `locations`, `country` | Main location, all locations, country |
| `isRemote`, `workplaceType` | `workplaceType` normalised to `remote` / `hybrid` / `onsite` |
| `employmentType` | Normalised to Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship, Temporary ... |
| `department`, `team`, `experienceLevel`, `requisitionId` | As the vendor publishes them |
| `salaryMin`, `salaryMax`, `salaryCurrency`, `salaryPeriod`, `salaryText` | When the board publishes pay |
| `postedAt`, `updatedAt` | ISO dates (Workday: the posting start date from the job detail) |
| `descriptionText`, `descriptionHtml` | Full description |
| `input`, `scrapedAt` | Your input that produced the row, UTC time |

#### Measured (2026-10-03, one residential IP, no proxy)

| Test | Result |
|---|---|
| Greenhouse airbnb + Ashby notion + Workday NVIDIA + Lever palantir, 10 each | 40 rows in 40 s (26 requests, 20 detail calls) |
| SmartRecruiters BoschGroup 250 + Workday NVIDIA 60, list only | 310 rows in 9 s: 3 SmartRecruiters pages of 100, 3 Workday pages of 20 |
| Workday NVIDIA, 2,060 jobs | 2,060 rows in 105 s: Workday caps a query at 2,000, so the Actor split by "Job Category" (14 values) |
| Figma careers page + 7 board URLs + token `huggingface`, 3 each | 27 rows from 9 vendors in 32 s; Figma page → Greenhouse, `huggingface` → Workable |
| Unknown boards, bad token, `!!!` | No crash; one error line per input |

#### Limits (measured)

- Workday shows at most 2,000 jobs per query and then repeats page 1; above that the Actor splits by the facet Workday itself offers (all 2,060 requested jobs reached in our test).
- Lever's API is slow: about 25 s per 50 postings for Palantir.
- Rippling lists a job once per location (650 entries = 331 jobs); rows are merged with all locations.
- `postedAt` is missing where the vendor publishes no date (Pinpoint); Workday's date needs `includeDetails`.
- Detection from a careers page works only when the page links to the board; pages that load jobs from a script, or other vendors (iCIMS, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Jobvite ...), are reported and skipped.

#### Example input

```json
{"startUrls": [{"url": "https://www.figma.com/careers/"}], "companies": ["lever:palantir", "smartrecruiters:BoschGroup"], "keywords": ["engineer"], "maxItemsPerCompany": 50}
```

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Job board URLs on a supported ATS (https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/airbnb, https://jobs.lever.co/palantir, https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/notion, https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite ...) or a company's own careers page (https://www.figma.com/careers/) - the ATS is detected from the links on that page.

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Board tokens, optionally with the ATS: "lever:palantir", "smartrecruiters:BoschGroup", "recruitee:chgcareers", "workday:nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite". A bare token such as "airbnb" is tried on each ATS until one has open jobs.

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose title contains one of these words, e.g. "engineer", "sales". Case-insensitive.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Keep only jobs whose location contains one of these texts, e.g. "London", "Germany", "Remote".

## `remoteOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Keep only jobs the ATS marks as remote (or whose location says remote).

## `postedWithinDays` (type: `integer`):

Keep only jobs published in the last N days. 0 = any date. Jobs whose ATS publishes no date are kept.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

One extra request per job where the board list lacks it: description (SmartRecruiters, Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, Breezy) and pay ranges (Greenhouse). Off = faster, list fields only.

## `maxItemsPerCompany` (type: `integer`):

Stop each board after this many jobs. 0 = all open jobs of the board.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop the whole run after this many jobs.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

These are the vendors' public JSON feeds; Apify datacenter proxy (the default) is enough.
