## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Pages of any online store. A product page gives one row; a category, collection, search or shop page is read page by page (the shop's own next-page link) and every product on it is scraped. The page kind is detected automatically. Example: https://books.toscrape.com/catalogue/category/books/mystery_3/index.html

## `detailsUrls` (type: `array`):

Optional. URLs that are always read as single product pages (no auto-detection). Example: https://scrapeme.live/shop/Bulbasaur/

## `listingUrls` (type: `array`):

Optional. URLs that are always read as product listings (category, collection, brand or search-result pages), following the shop's next-page links. Example: https://scrapeme.live/shop/

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum number of products to return in total. Listings are followed page after page (the shop's next-page link, or Shopify's page parameter) until this number is reached or the shop has no more pages. Example: 100

## `scrapeProductDetails` (type: `boolean`):

On listing pages, open every product page for the full data (brand, SKU, GTIN, rating, description, specs, variants, breadcrumbs). Off = one row per product card of the listing (title, price, image, stock where the card shows them) - one request per listing page only, much faster.

## `maxPagesPerListing` (type: `integer`):

Safety limit on listing pages read per start URL (Max items is the main limit). Reaching it is logged as an error. Example: 50

## `scrapeMode` (type: `string`):

AUTO: fast HTTP requests, and a headless browser only for pages that HTTP could not read (blocked, or product data drawn by JavaScript). HTTP: never use the browser. BROWSER: load every page in the browser (slower, for shops that build pages with JavaScript). The browser only loads pages like a normal visitor - it never solves captchas.

## `titleSelector` (type: `string`):

Optional CSS selector of the product title on product pages; it overrides the automatic title. Example: h1.product-title

## `priceSelector` (type: `string`):

Optional CSS selector of the current price on product pages; it overrides the automatic price (the number is read from the element's text or content attribute). Example: .price ins .amount

## `includeRawMetadata` (type: `boolean`):

Add a rawMetadata column with the page's schema.org product object and its OpenGraph / product meta tags, as found on the page.

## `includeFailedUrls` (type: `boolean`):

Also save one row per URL that could not be read (only url, statusCode and error filled). Such rows count as results. Off = failed URLs are only named in the log and the run's status message.

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

Product pages fetched in parallel, each through its own proxy session. Keep it low for small shops. Example: 3

## `requestTimeoutSecs` (type: `integer`):

Time limit for one page request. Example: 40

## `maxRequestRetries` (type: `integer`):

A blocked or failed page (403, 429, 5xx, timeout) is retried with a new session and a new proxy IP up to this many times in total. Example: 3

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Residential proxy is the default (many shops block datacenter IPs). Prices, currency and stock often follow the visitor's country: pick the shop's country here to see its local prices.
