## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Google Images Scraper - full-size image URLs, sizes and source pages

Google Images Scraper reads Google Images results for any search, country and language. Each row
gives the full-size image URL with its width and height, the thumbnail, the title, the page the
image is on, the site name, domain and file size. No login and no cookies.

#### What you get per image

| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| `imageUrl`, `imageWidth`, `imageHeight` | https://media.voguearabia.com/...jpg, 1440, 1440 |
| `thumbnailUrl`, `thumbnailWidth`, `thumbnailHeight` | Google's thumbnail |
| `title`, `sourceName`, `sourcePageUrl` | "Red Sneakers Are The Flamboyant Trend ...", Vogue Arabia, the article URL |
| `domain`, `fileSize`, `dominantColor` | www.voguearabia.com, 369KB, #101010 |
| `searchQuery`, `refinement`, `position`, `imageId`, `googleImagesUrl`, `countryCode`, `languageCode`, `scrapedAt` | |

#### Input

| Field | Default | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Image searches | - | one per line |
| Country / language / Google domain | us / en / google.com | |
| Size | any | large, medium, icon |
| Colour | any | black and white, transparent, or one colour |
| Time | any | past 24 hours, week, month, year |
| Collect more with Google's refinements | off | searches the chips Google shows ("Nike", "Womens" ...) |
| Max refinements per search | 10 | |
| Max images | 100 | unique images |

#### How it works (measured 2026-10-03)

1. Google Images pages come through Apify's GOOGLE_SERP proxy: 100 images per search, each with
   its full record (full-size URL, size, source page).
2. Google offers no second page on this route (start=, ijn= gave nothing new). For more, turn on
   refinements: in our test one search grew from 100 to 250 unique images with two refinements.
3. Size, colour and time filters were checked to change the results. Google ignored the type and
   usage-rights filters on this route, so they are not offered.

#### Example

```json
{"queries": "sports car", "imageColor": "red", "imageSize": "large", "maxItems": 60}
```

# Actor input Schema

## `queries` (type: `string`):

One per line, e.g. "red sneakers", "mountain landscape". A Google Images URL (udm=2 or tbm=isch) also works.

## `countryCode` (type: `string`):

Two-letter country code, e.g. us, gb, de.

## `languageCode` (type: `string`):

e.g. en, de, fr.

## `googleDomain` (type: `string`):

google.com, google.co.uk, google.de, ...

## `imageSize` (type: `string`):

Google's size filter.

## `imageColor` (type: `string`):

Google's colour filter.

## `timeRange` (type: `string`):

Only images Google found in this period.

## `expandWithRefinements` (type: `boolean`):

Google shows about 100 images per search. On: the Actor also searches the refinements Google offers on that page (chips like "Nike", "Womens" and related searches) and keeps only new images.

## `maxRefinementsPerQuery` (type: `integer`):

Used when the option above is on. Each refinement is one more Google page.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many unique images.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "queries": "red sneakers",
  "countryCode": "us",
  "languageCode": "en",
  "googleDomain": "google.com",
  "imageSize": "",
  "imageColor": "",
  "timeRange": "",
  "expandWithRefinements": false,
  "maxRefinementsPerQuery": 10,
  "maxItems": 100
}
```

# API

You can run this Actor programmatically using our API. Below are code examples in JavaScript, Python, and CLI, as well as the OpenAPI specification and MCP server setup.

## JavaScript example

```javascript
import { ApifyClient } from 'apify-client';
// Initialize the ApifyClient with your Apify API token
// Replace the '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>' with your token
const client = new ApifyClient({
    token: '<YOUR_API_TOKEN>',
});
// Prepare Actor input
const input = {
    "queries": "red sneakers"
};
// Run the Actor and wait for it to finish
const run = await client.actor("neuro-scraper/google-images-scraper").call(input);
// Fetch and print Actor results from the run's dataset (if any)
console.log('Results from dataset');
console.log(`💾 Check your data here: https://console.apify.com/storage/datasets/${run.defaultDatasetId}`);
const { items } = await client.dataset(run.defaultDatasetId).listItems();
items.forEach((item) => {
    console.dir(item);
});
