## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# Actor input Schema

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Immobiliare.it search pages copied from the browser, with any filters and sort you set there, in any site language, e.g. https://www.immobiliare.it/vendita-case/bologna/?prezzoMassimo=300000 or https://www.immobiliare.it/en/affitto-case/milano/centro/. The filters below are added when the link does not set them. Single listing pages (/annunci/<id>/) are not supported: Immobiliare.it shows a captcha there to every logged-out client.

## `location` (type: `string`):

Region, province, comune or city zone as you would type it on Immobiliare.it (Milano, Lombardia, Provincia di Bologna, Bologna Centro, Roma) - resolved with Immobiliare.it's own place search on every run; the match that covers the most words you typed is used and logged.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Further places, one per line, searched with the same contract, category and filters (e.g. Torino, Firenze).

## `operation` (type: `string`):

Sale, rent or auction listings for Location (search URLs carry their own).

## `category` (type: `string`):

Immobiliare.it's property category (idCategoria) for Location searches.

## `propertyTypes` (type: `array`):

Homes category: only these property types (Immobiliare.it's idTipologia filter).

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

Immobiliare.it's price filter (sale price, or rent per month), e.g. 100000.

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Upper price bound, e.g. 300000 or 1500 for rent.

## `minSize` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 60.

## `maxSize` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 150.

## `minRooms` (type: `integer`):

Immobiliare.it counts rooms as 'locali' (5 = 5 or more), e.g. 2.

## `maxRooms` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 4.

## `minBedrooms` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 2.

## `maxBedrooms` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 3.

## `bathrooms` (type: `string`):

Immobiliare.it's bathrooms filter.

## `floor` (type: `array`):

Any of these floor bands (fasciaPiano).

## `garage` (type: `array`):

Any of these (boxAuto).

## `heating` (type: `array`):

Any of these (riscaldamenti).

## `balconyOrTerrace` (type: `array`):

Only listings with a balcony and/or terrace (balconeOterrazzo).

## `garden` (type: `array`):

Any of these garden types (giardino).

## `condition` (type: `string`):

Immobiliare.it's property condition filter (stato).

## `ownershipType` (type: `string`):

Sale and auction searches: Immobiliare.it's ownership filter (tipoProprieta).

## `energyRating` (type: `string`):

Immobiliare.it's energy-class band filter (classeEnergetica).

## `elevator` (type: `boolean`):

Only listings with a lift (ascensore).

## `furnished` (type: `boolean`):

Only furnished homes (arredato).

## `cellar` (type: `boolean`):

Only listings with a cellar (cantina).

## `pool` (type: `boolean`):

Only listings with a pool (piscina).

## `virtualTour` (type: `boolean`):

Only listings that have a virtual tour (Immobiliare.it's virtualTour filter).

## `excludeAuctions` (type: `boolean`):

Sale searches: hide auction listings (noAste).

## `keyword` (type: `string`):

Immobiliare.it's keyword filter on the listing text, e.g. terrazzo or 'vista mare'.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

Immobiliare.it's sort orders (criterio / ordine). A sort set in a search URL is kept.

## `language` (type: `string`):

Language of Immobiliare.it's titles and feature labels. Advertisers' descriptions stay as written.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Total listings to return across all searches. The Actor follows Immobiliare.it's result pages (25 per page). Immobiliare.it serves 80 pages (2,000 listings) per search; bigger searches continue in price order (prezzoMinimo windows) so all listings can be reached.

## `startPage` (type: `integer`):

Result page to start from (25 listings per page), e.g. to continue an earlier run. A pag= in a search URL is used when this is 1.

## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):

Stop each search after this many result pages (0 = no page limit; Max listings still applies).

## `monitoringMode` (type: `boolean`):

Remember the listing IDs delivered for each search (named key-value store immobiliare-monitor) and on later runs return only listings not delivered before. The first run returns everything it finds.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

RESIDENTIAL in Italy is the default and recommended: Immobiliare.it's DataDome protection answered 403 to other routes in our tests.
