## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# Actor input Schema

## `location` (type: `string`):

City, district, quarter or postcode as you would type it on ImmobilienScout24 (Berlin, München, Hamburg-Altona, 10115) - resolved with ImmobilienScout24's own location search on every run. A postcode searches its quarter(s) and keeps only listings with that postcode. A geopath such as /de/bayern/muenchen is used as is.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Further locations, one per line, searched with the same property type and filters (e.g. Köln, Frankfurt am Main).

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

ImmobilienScout24 links copied from the browser: search pages (https://www.immobilienscout24.de/Suche/de/berlin/berlin/wohnung-mieten?price=-1500, radius searches /Suche/radius/...) keep their area, type and filters; listing pages (https://www.immobilienscout24.de/expose/168052908) are scraped as single listings. The filters below are added when the link does not set them.

## `properties` (type: `array`):

ImmobilienScout24 listing IDs (Scout-ID, e.g. 168052908) to fetch directly with full detail.

## `latitude` (type: `number`):

Centre of a radius search, e.g. 48.137. Used together with Longitude and Radius.

## `longitude` (type: `number`):

Centre of a radius search, e.g. 11.575.

## `radiusKm` (type: `integer`):

Radius of the coordinate search in km (also used when a typed location resolves to a point instead of an area).

## `operation` (type: `string`):

Rental or sale listings for Location / coordinates (search URLs carry their own).

## `propertyType` (type: `string`):

ImmobilienScout24's property category.

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

ImmobilienScout24's price filter (rent per month or purchase price), e.g. 500.

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Upper price bound, e.g. 1500.

## `priceType` (type: `string`):

Rent searches only: whether Min/Max price apply to the net rent or the total rent.

## `minRooms` (type: `number`):

e.g. 2 (half rooms allowed: 2.5).

## `maxRooms` (type: `number`):

e.g. 4.

## `minLivingSpace` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 50.

## `maxLivingSpace` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 120.

## `minGround` (type: `integer`):

Plots: ImmobilienScout24's plot-area filter. Houses: applied by the Actor to the detail's plot area (needs Fetch details).

## `maxGround` (type: `integer`):

Upper plot-area bound (same rules as Min plot area).

## `minConstructionYear` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 1990.

## `maxConstructionYear` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 2026.

## `apartmentTypes` (type: `array`):

Apartment searches: any of these apartment types.

## `buildingTypes` (type: `array`):

House searches: any of these house types.

## `equipment` (type: `array`):

Only listings with all of these features (ImmobilienScout24's equipment filter).

## `energyEfficiencyClasses` (type: `array`):

Any of these energy classes.

## `newBuildingOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only new-build listings (Neubau).

## `excludeNewBuildProjects` (type: `boolean`):

Leave out units of developer projects (Neubauprojekte) - ImmobilienScout24's own exclusion filter plus a check of each card's project flag.

## `publishedAfter` (type: `string`):

Only listings published on or after this day (YYYY-MM-DD). Searches newest first and stops at older listings. The app gives the age as text ('2 days ago', 'a month ago'), so beyond about 4 weeks the cut is approximate.

## `sortBy` (type: `string`):

ImmobilienScout24's sort orders.

## `fetchDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Open every listing's expose for descriptions, all costs (deposit, ancillary/heating costs, Hausgeld, commission, land transfer tax, notary, land registry), bathrooms, bedrooms, energy data, features, all photos and the agent. Off = only the search-card fields (faster).

## `monitorMode` (type: `boolean`):

Remember the listing IDs delivered for each search (named key-value store immobilienscout24-monitor) and on later runs return only listings not delivered before. The first run returns everything it finds.

## `language` (type: `string`):

Language of ImmobilienScout24's labels and texts (titles, criteria, 'published' text). Advertisers' descriptions stay as written.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Total listings to return. The Actor follows ImmobilienScout24's page numbers (50 listings per page) until this number or the last page of each search (measured: 247 pages / 12,341 listings reachable).

## `startPage` (type: `integer`):

Result page to start from (50 listings per page) - e.g. to continue a run that reached its limit. A pagenumber in a search URL is used when this is 1.

## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):

Stop each search after this many result pages (0 = no page limit; Max listings still applies).

## `maxConcurrency` (type: `integer`):

How many listing details are fetched at the same time (each through its own proxy session). ImmoScout24 rate-limits its app API: when it answers 'Request blocked', all requests pause (60-180 s) and continue.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

RESIDENTIAL in Germany is the default. ImmobilienScout24's app API also answered from other countries in our tests.
