## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Property Finder Scraper - UAE properties to buy or rent from propertyfinder.ae

The Property Finder Scraper extracts public propertyfinder.ae listings in the United Arab Emirates:
title, property type, price with currency and period, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, furnishing, completion
status, amenities, location with coordinates, listing date, verified / featured flags, permit number,
photos, the listing agent (name, languages, phone, WhatsApp), the broker (name, address, email) and the
full description. Details add licences, permit and regulatory details, availability date and zone. No
Property Finder account or login is used.

#### Measured limits (2026-10-03, local runs)

- 25 listings per page; 50 listings in 3 s, 60 in 5 s; with details about 1.5 s more per listing.
- Locations are Property Finder location ids or copied search URLs - a free-text place name cannot be
  looked up (the site's location service could not be filtered by name in our tests). Each row reports its
  own `locationId`, and Dubai Marina is `50`.
- Permit numbers appear on sale listings that publish them (11 of 60 in our test); rentals often have none.
- Tested without proxy from one residential IP; no bot challenge was met. A challenge is never solved: the
  Actor retries on a new IP, then skips the target with an error in the log.

#### Example

```json
{"searchType": "buy", "locationIds": ["50"], "bedrooms": ["1", "2"], "priceMax": 2500000, "maxItems": 200}
```

# Actor input Schema

## `searchType` (type: `string`):

Property Finder category for the location ids / filters below.

## `locationIds` (type: `array`):

Property Finder location ids, one per line (the l= number in a Property Finder search URL, e.g. 50 = Dubai Marina). Every row also reports its own locationId. Leave empty to search the whole UAE.

## `keywords` (type: `string`):

Property Finder's keyword filter, e.g. sea view, furnished.

## `bedrooms` (type: `array`):

One per line: studio, 1, 2, 3 ... (several values = any of them).

## `priceMin` (type: `integer`):

0 = none. Rent prices are yearly unless the listing says otherwise.

## `priceMax` (type: `integer`):

0 = none.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Search URLs copied from propertyfinder.ae with your filters (https://www.propertyfinder.ae/en/search?c=2\&l=50&...) or listing URLs (https://www.propertyfinder.ae/en/plp/rent/...-153323380.html).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stops after this many listings in total (25 per page).

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Opens each listing page for licences, permit / regulatory details, availability date and zone. One extra request per listing. Price, description, amenities, photos and contacts are included either way.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Residential proxies (the default) are recommended.
