## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# Actor input Schema

## `searchUrls` (type: `array`):

Redfin search pages copied from your browser, with any filters you set there: city (https://www.redfin.com/city/30818/TX/Austin), ZIP (https://www.redfin.com/zipcode/78701), neighborhood, county, or a filtered page (.../filter/property-type=house,min-beds=3). Rentals pages (.../apartments-for-rent) work too. Home URLs given here are scraped as single properties.

## `locations` (type: `array`):

One per line: a city and state (Austin, TX), a neighborhood, a county or a ZIP code - anything you would type into Redfin's search box. Each is looked up with Redfin's own location search and scraped like a search URL.

## `zipCodes` (type: `array`):

US ZIP codes, one per line (e.g. 78701). Each opens https://www.redfin.com/zipcode/<ZIP>.

## `propertyUrls` (type: `array`):

Redfin home pages, e.g. https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/12409-Capella-Trl-78732/home/31998273. Each returns one detailed row (Redfin Estimate, price history, schools, walk scores, flood risk, all photos).

## `addresses` (type: `array`):

US street addresses, one per line (e.g. 12409 Capella Trl, Austin, TX). Each is matched with Redfin's location search and returned as one detailed property row.

## `listingType` (type: `string`):

Which listings to collect for the search URLs, locations and ZIP codes. 'For sale' keeps the filters of a pasted URL as they are; 'Recently sold' uses the window below; 'For rent' opens the area's rentals page.

## `soldWithinDays` (type: `string`):

Only used with listing type 'Recently sold': how far back the sales go.

## `propertyTypes` (type: `array`):

Only these property types (for-sale and sold searches). Empty = all types.

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

Lowest list / sold price (monthly rent for rentals), e.g. 300000. Empty = no minimum.

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Highest list / sold price (monthly rent for rentals), e.g. 800000. Empty = no maximum.

## `minBeds` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 3. Empty = any.

## `maxBeds` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 5. Empty = any.

## `minBaths` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 2. Empty = any.

## `maxBaths` (type: `integer`):

e.g. 3. Empty = any.

## `sort` (type: `string`):

Order in which Redfin returns the homes of a for-sale or sold search (matters when Max results is smaller than the area).

## `lat` (type: `string`):

Optional, with Longitude and Radius: keeps only homes within the radius of this point, e.g. 30.2672. Redfin's map search is anchored to an area, so also give the city / ZIP / search URL that contains the point (Redfin returns nothing for a map box outside that area - measured).

## `lng` (type: `string`):

Optional, with Latitude: e.g. -97.7431.

## `radius` (type: `integer`):

Radius around Latitude/Longitude. The Actor opens Redfin's map box around the point (viewport filter) and drops homes outside the circle.

## `includePropertyDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Opens every home's Redfin page for the Redfin Estimate, rent estimate, price history, tax record, schools, walk/bike scores, flood and fire risk, views and favorites, listing agent and broker name, amenities and all full-size photos. One extra page per home (slower).

## `maxResults` (type: `integer`):

Stops after this many listings in total. Redfin returns 350 homes per page; the Actor follows the page offset to the end of each search (measured 3,500+ deep in Austin).

## `maxResultsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

Limit for each search URL / location / ZIP code. 0 = no per-search limit (only Max results applies).

## `searchResultsDatasetId` (type: `string`):

Optional: the ID of an Apify dataset holding earlier Redfin rows (a 'url' column with home URLs). Each home is re-scraped with full details.

## `urlsFromFile` (type: `string`):

Optional: a link to a plain-text or CSV file with one Redfin URL per line (search pages or home pages), e.g. a published Google Sheet CSV.

## `monitorMode` (type: `boolean`):

Remembers every home it returns (in the named key-value store below) and on later runs returns only homes that are new or whose price or status changed. Use it with a schedule.

## `monitorStoreName` (type: `string`):

Name of the key-value store that keeps the monitoring memory. Use a different name per saved search.

## `debugLog` (type: `boolean`):

Writes every request and page decision to the log.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Redfin answers US residential IPs (the default); other countries get an AWS WAF CAPTCHA, which this Actor never solves. A blocked request is retried on a new IP.
