## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# Actor input Schema

## `keywords` (type: `array`):

One StepStone search per line: job title, skill or company, e.g. "software engineer", "Buchhalter". Leave empty to search all jobs in the location.

## `location` (type: `string`):

City or region on the chosen country site, e.g. "Berlin", "München", "Wien", "Antwerpen". Empty = the whole country.

## `radius` (type: `integer`):

Search radius around the location in km (StepStone's own Umkreis), e.g. 10, 30, 50, 100. 0 = StepStone's default (30 km). Used only with a location.

## `country` (type: `string`):

Which StepStone site to search. Start URLs keep their own site.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

StepStone search URLs (filters in the URL are kept, e.g. https://www.stepstone.de/jobs/software-engineer/in-berlin?ag=age_7), company job pages (https://www.stepstone.de/cmp/de/<company>-<id>/jobs.html) or single job pages (https://www.stepstone.de/stellenangebote--...--14590427-inline.html).

## `sort` (type: `string`):

StepStone's own sort options (read from the result page on every run).

## `postedWithin` (type: `string`):

StepStone's 'Erscheinungsdatum' filter (the site offers 24 hours and 7 days).

## `employmentType` (type: `string`):

StepStone's 'Arbeitszeit' filter. The option is looked up in the result page's own filter menu.

## `contractType` (type: `string`):

StepStone's 'Anstellungsart' filter, looked up in the result page's filter menu.

## `experience` (type: `string`):

StepStone's 'Berufserfahrung' filter, looked up in the result page's filter menu.

## `workFromHome` (type: `string`):

StepStone's home-office filter, looked up in the result page's filter menu.

## `applicationMethod` (type: `string`):

StepStone's 'Bewerbungsart' filter.

## `language` (type: `string`):

Language code from StepStone's 'Sprache' filter, e.g. "de" or "en" (stepstone.be also nl, fr). Empty = all.

## `minSalary` (type: `integer`):

StepStone's salary filter: jobs with a (stated or estimated) salary from this amount, e.g. 50000. The nearest step the site offers at or below the value is used. 0 = off.

## `includeRelatedJobs` (type: `boolean`):

Also keep the jobs StepStone appends after the exact matches (regional and similar jobs, section 'regional' / 'semantic'). Off = exact matches only.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Read each job page for the full description and its sections, employment and contract type, industry, and the company profile (address, size, founded, industries, sectors, rating, benefits, images, videos, links to the employer's own pages). One extra request per job.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs in total (all searches together). The scraper follows StepStone's next-page link (25 jobs per page) until this number or the last page.

## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):

Stop each search after this many result pages (25 jobs each). 0 = no page limit.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

StepStone blocks many non-European IPs (Akamai 403). A German residential proxy is the default and works for .de, .at and .be.
