## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Trustpilot Scraper — company reviews with ratings and replies

The Trustpilot Scraper returns Trustpilot reviews for any company: rating, title, text, language, dates, author name and country, verification, likes and the company's reply, together with the company's TrustScore, review count and categories. Filter by stars, language, date range, verified reviews, replies or keyword. No login.

Trustpilot runs an automatic browser check before showing its pages; the Actor passes it in a headless browser the way a normal visitor's browser does, then reads the review pages quickly. It never answers a CAPTCHA.

#### Input

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `companies` | Domains (`www.amazon.com`, `booking.com`) or links `https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.amazon.com` |
| `maxItems` | Reviews per company (default 100, up to 1,000) |
| `stars` | Only these ratings, e.g. `[1, 2]` |
| `sliceByStars` | Read each star rating separately to go past 200 (default on) |
| `languages` | `all` (default), `en`, `de`, ... |
| `dateRange` | `all`, `last30days`, `last3months`, `last6months`, `last12months` |
| `verifiedOnly`, `withRepliesOnly`, `search` | Verified reviews, reviews with a reply, keyword |

#### Output (one row per review)

reviewId, rating, title, text, language, publishedAt, experiencedAt, updatedAt, likes, isVerified, verificationLevel, source, authorName, authorCountry, authorReviewsCount, authorProfileUrl, reply, replyPublishedAt, reviewUrl, companyName, companyDomain, companyTrustScore, companyStars, companyReviewsCount, companyCategories, companyWebsite, companyUrl, inputCompany, filters.

#### Measured (2026-10-03, local, see TEST_REPORT.md)

- 100 Amazon reviews in 13-15 s; 300 in 31 s (star slices); 2 companies with filters, 60 reviews in 16 s.

#### Limits

- Logged out, Trustpilot shows 10 pages of 20 reviews per filter (page 11 asks for a login): 200 per filter, up to 1,000 per company with star slices.
- Each review page is about 750 KB, so residential proxy traffic is about 4 MB per 100 reviews.

#### Example

```json
{"companies": ["www.booking.com"], "stars": [1, 2], "languages": "en", "dateRange": "last3months", "maxItems": 200}
```

# Actor input Schema

## `companies` (type: `array`):

Company domains as Trustpilot lists them (www.amazon.com, booking.com) or Trustpilot review links (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.amazon.com).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Trustpilot shows 10 pages of 20 reviews (200) per filter to visitors who are not logged in; above 200 the Actor reads each star rating separately (up to 1,000 per company).

## `stars` (type: `array`):

Only these ratings, e.g. \[1, 2] for complaints or \[5] for praise. Empty = all ratings.

## `sliceByStars` (type: `boolean`):

Go past the 200-review window by reading 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1-star reviews as separate lists (each up to 200). Used when maxItems is above 200 or star ratings are chosen.

## `languages` (type: `string`):

Trustpilot language code, e.g. en, de, fr, es, or all.

## `dateRange` (type: `string`):

Only reviews from this period.

## `verifiedOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only reviews Trustpilot marks as verified.

## `withRepliesOnly` (type: `boolean`):

Only reviews the company replied to.

## `search` (type: `string`):

Only reviews that mention this word, e.g. refund or delivery.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Residential proxy is the default. The browser check and the review pages use the same proxy session.
