## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

One XING job search per line: job title, skill or company, e.g. "python developer", "Buchhalter", "Projektmanager". Leave empty and give a location to list all jobs there.

## `location` (type: `string`):

City or region, e.g. "Berlin", "München", "Wien", "Zürich". Empty = everywhere. (XING drops the location itself when you choose Remote option = Full remote.)

## `radius` (type: `integer`):

Search radius around the location in km, e.g. 10, 20, 50, 70, 100, 200 (XING's own options). 0 = XING's default. Used only with a location.

## `employmentType` (type: `array`):

XING's employment type filter. Several values = one search per value, results merged without duplicates. The option is looked up in the result page's own filter menu.

## `careerLevel` (type: `array`):

XING's career level filter. Several values = one search per value, merged without duplicates.

## `remoteOption` (type: `array`):

XING's home-office filter. Several values = one search per value, merged without duplicates.

## `date_posted` (type: `string`):

XING's time-frame filter (sincePeriod).

## `salaryMin` (type: `integer`):

XING's salary filter: jobs with a stated or XING-estimated yearly salary from this amount, e.g. 60000. 0 = off.

## `salaryMax` (type: `integer`):

Upper end of XING's salary filter, e.g. 90000. 0 = no upper limit.

## `language` (type: `string`):

Language of XING's labels in the output (employment type, career level, discipline, industry, country). The job text itself stays as the employer wrote it.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

XING job search URLs (filters in the URL are kept, e.g. https://www.xing.com/jobs/search?keywords=python\&location=Berlin\&sincePeriod=LAST_WEEK), XING's job category pages (https://www.xing.com/jobs/skill/python, https://www.xing.com/jobs/jobs-in-berlin) or single job pages (https://www.xing.com/jobs/<city>-<title>-<id>).

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Read each job page for the full description (text + HTML), the first-publication date, career level, discipline, industry, keywords, job language, remote options, full address (postal code, region, country) and the company profile (name, XING page, size, industry, location). One extra request per job.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many jobs in total (all searches together). The scraper follows XING's result pages (20 per page) until this number or the last page. XING shows at most 1,000 results per search; jobs XING shows to logged-in members only are skipped.

## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):

Stop each search after this many result pages (20 jobs each). 0 = no page limit.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

XING answered every logged-out request without a challenge in tests; a German residential proxy is the default for steady runs on the Apify platform.
