## Pricing

from $2.49 / 1,000 results

This Actor is paid per event and usage. You are charged both the fixed price for specific events and for Apify platform usage.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

### Zoopla Scraper - UK properties for sale and to rent from zoopla.co.uk

The Zoopla Scraper extracts public zoopla.co.uk listings anywhere in the UK, for sale or to rent: title,
address, property type, price (with reductions), beds, baths, reception rooms, size, coordinates, listing
date, tags (chain free, leasehold, new home ...), availability date for rentals, photos, and the estate agent
with phone number and branch page. Details add the full description, furnished state, tenure, postcode,
floor area, EPC graph and every photo. No Zoopla account or login is used.

#### Input

| Field | Type | Default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|---|

| `listingType` | select | `for-sale` | `for-sale` or `to-rent` |
| `priceMin`, `priceMax` | integer | 0 (off) | Zoopla's price filter in GBP (rent per month) |
| `bedsMin` | integer | 0 | Minimum bedrooms |
| `startUrls` | list | empty | Search URLs from zoopla.co.uk with your filters, or listing URLs (`/details/<id>/`) |
| `maxItems` | integer | `50` | Total listings to return |
| `includeDetails` | boolean | `false` | Open each listing page (one extra request per listing) |
| `proxyConfiguration` | proxy | Apify RESIDENTIAL | Proxy used for Zoopla |

#### Output (one row per listing)

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `id`, `url`, `title`, `address`, `propertyType` | Listing id, link, "3 bed flat for sale", address, flat / house ... |
| `price`, `priceText`, `currency`, `priceQualifier`, `priceDrop` | Price in GBP, as shown, Zoopla's price qualifier when shown, reduction |

| `agentName`, `agentPhone`, `agentId`, `agentUrl`, `agentLogo` | Estate agent branch |
| details: `description`, `furnishedState`, `tenure`, `listingCondition`, `postcode`, `chainFree`, `isRetirementHome`, `isSharedOwnership`, `floorArea`, `epcImages`, `detailImages`, `datePosted` | Only with `includeDetails` or listing URLs |
| `searchTotal`, `page`, `source`, `scrapedAt` | Result count, page, input that produced the row, time |

#### Measured limits (2026-10-03, local runs)

- 25 listings per page and at most 40 pages: 1,000 listings per search (Zoopla's own cap). Split big
  areas by sub-area, price or bedrooms for more.
- 50 listings in 6 s, 60 in 6 s; with details about 2 s more per listing.
- Tested without proxy from one residential IP; Zoopla's Cloudflare did not challenge. A challenge is never
  solved: the Actor retries on a new IP, then skips the target with an error in the log.

#### Example

```json
{"locations": ["manchester", "bristol"], "listingType": "to-rent", "priceMax": 2000, "bedsMin": 2, "maxItems": 200}
```

# Actor input Schema

## `locations` (type: `array`):

One per line, as zoopla.co.uk writes areas in its URLs: london, manchester, bristol, or a sub-area such as manchester/new-century-park.

## `listingType` (type: `string`):

Which Zoopla search to run for the areas above.

## `priceMin` (type: `integer`):

Zoopla's price filter (purchase price, or rent per month). 0 = none.

## `priceMax` (type: `integer`):

0 = none.

## `bedsMin` (type: `integer`):

0 = any.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Search URLs copied from zoopla.co.uk with your filters (https://www.zoopla.co.uk/to-rent/property/manchester/?...) or listing URLs (https://www.zoopla.co.uk/to-rent/details/74407731/).

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stops after this many listings in total. Zoopla shows 25 per page and at most 40 pages (1,000) per search.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Opens every listing page for the full description, furnished state, tenure, postcode, floor area, EPC and all photos. One extra request per listing.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Residential proxies (the default) are recommended. Zoopla is behind Cloudflare.
