## Pricing

from $3.40 / 1,000 listing returneds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Pisos.com Scraper & Property Listings Monitor (Spain)

**A pisos.com scraper with alerts for new listings and price drops in Spain.** Get pisos.com homes for sale (venta) and for rent (alquiler) in any Spanish province or city, **newest first**, as clean rows: price in EUR, price per m², size, rooms, bathrooms, floor, neighbourhood, municipality, province, coordinates, agency or private seller, listing date and photos. Turn on **watch mode** and schedule it: each run returns only the listings published since your last check and the listings whose price went down, with the previous price.

Built for real estate agencies watching their area, investors looking for new stock before others, and analysts tracking asking prices and rents in Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, Málaga or any town on pisos.com.

Export as JSON, CSV or Excel, or push new listings to Slack, email or a sheet with an Apify integration.

### What you get

One row per listing:

| Field | Example | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| `listingId`, `url` | `66708651257.100500`, `https://www.pisos.com/comprar/...` | pisos.com's own ID and link |
| `operation`, `price`, `currency`, `pricePeriod` | `venta`, `194900`, `EUR`, `total` | Rentals are `alquiler` with `pricePeriod: month`. Listings shown as "A consultar" get `null` (never 0) |
| `pricePerM2`, `surfaceM2`, `builtAreaM2` | `4331.11`, `45`, `155` | Price per m² is price ÷ size |
| `siteDropAmount`, `siteDropPercent`, `sitePreviousPrice` | `5000`, `3`, `199900` | The price reduction pisos.com itself shows on the listing |
| `rooms`, `bathrooms`, `floor`, `floorNumber`, `hasElevator` | `3`, `2`, `3ª planta`, `3`, `true` | As stated by the advertiser |
| `neighborhood`, `district`, `municipality`, `province`, `latitude`, `longitude` | `Zona Noreste`, `Torrejón de Ardoz`, `Madrid` | Only what the listing shows publicly |
| `sellerType`, `agencyName`, `agencyUrl` | `agency`, `Princess Homes` | Private sellers are never named |
| `publishedDate`, `updatedDate` | `2026-10-19` | From the listing's own page |
| `energyRating`, `condition`, `age`, `orientation`, `features` | `D`, `Reformado`, `["Ascensor", "Terraza", ...]` | From the listing's own page |
| `description`, `imageUrl`, `imageUrls`, `photoCount` | | Phone numbers and e-mails in the text are replaced with `[phone removed]` / `[email removed]` |
| `changeType`, `previousPrice`, `priceChange`, `priceChangePercent` | `new`, `price-drop` | Watch mode only |

In a sample of the 90 newest listings for sale in the province of Madrid (2026-10-20): price, size, price per m², municipality, province, coordinates, photos and link were present in 90 of 90; bathrooms in 88; rooms in 85; neighbourhood in 80; floor in 65. 31 of the 90 carried a price reduction shown by pisos.com. The median listing had 23 photos.

### How to use it

**Plain search**: put places in `locations` as pisos.com writes them, for example `Madrid` (the province), `madrid_capital` (the city), `Sevilla`, `barcelona_capital` or `malaga_capital`. Choose `operation` (`venta` or `alquiler`), and set `maxListings` to how many listings you want per place (up to 1000). `includeDetails` (on by default) opens each listing for its date, all photos, full description, energy rating and agency name; turn it off for list data only.

```json
{ "locations": ["Sevilla", "malaga_capital"], "operation": "alquiler", "maxListings": 100, "maxPrice": 1500 }
```

Or paste a pisos.com list address in `searchUrls`, with the filters you set on pisos.com:

```json
{ "searchUrls": ["https://www.pisos.com/venta/pisos-madrid/"] }
```

Filters: `minPrice`, `maxPrice`, `minBedrooms`, `maxBedrooms`, `minBathrooms`, `minSizeM2`, `maxSizeM2`, `sellerType` (agency / private), `requirePrice`, `onlyReduced`. Every returned row is checked against them, so a row that does not match is never returned.

**Watch mode**: set `monitoringMode` to true and schedule the same input (hourly or daily). The first run returns the newest listings and remembers them. Later runs return:

- `new`: listings published after the watch started that you have not received yet;
- `price-drop`: listings you already received whose price went down, with `previousPrice` and `priceChange` (turn this off by setting `includePriceDrops` to false).

To start a watch again from scratch, run it once with `resetMonitoringState` set to true. Each run checks the newest `watchPages` pages (30 listings each, default 3). For a busy place such as the whole province of Madrid, raise `watchPages` or narrow the place to a city. Use `watchName` to keep separate watches of the same search.

### Pricing

You pay per listing returned. Rows that explain why nothing was returned are free, so a watch run that finds nothing new costs nothing. The first run of a watch is a normal paid result (it returns the newest listings).

### When nothing is returned

You always get a row that says why, and it is not charged:

- `not-found`: pisos.com has no such place (check the spelling in a pisos.com address);
- `no-results` / `none-matching-filters`: pisos.com has nothing for that search or those filters;
- `no-new-listings`: watch mode, nothing new and no price drops since the last check;
- `not-allowed-by-robots-txt`: pisos.com's robots.txt does not allow that address;
- `blocked`, `unreadable`, `incomplete`: pisos.com could not be read; nothing is guessed.

### Limitations

- One search returns at most the 3,000 newest listings (100 pages of 30), the most pisos.com lists for one search.
- Agency and private seller phone numbers are not collected.
- The Actor does not log in and does not get past check pages; if pisos.com shows one, the row says `blocked`.

### Thanks for using this Actor

We build these tools for people who run them every day, and we improve them from what users tell us.

- **Missing a field, or need another filter?** Tell us in the **Issues** tab. If the data is there, we add it.
- **Found a bug or a wrong value?** Post the run ID in the **Issues** tab. Wrong data is the thing we fix first.

# Actor input Schema

## `locations` (type: `array`):

Which places to list, one per line: a province or city as pisos.com writes it (Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, madrid_capital, malaga_capital, barcelona_capital). If this and the URLs below are both empty, madrid_capital is searched.

## `operation` (type: `string`):

Homes for sale or for rent, for the places above. Pasted URLs keep their own choice. Empty means for sale.

## `searchUrls` (type: `array`):

Or paste the address of a pisos.com list page, such as https://www.pisos.com/venta/pisos-madrid/ or https://www.pisos.com/alquiler/pisos-sevilla/desde-500/ (filters set on pisos.com are kept). Addresses with a ? part are refused; use the filters below instead.

## `maxListings` (type: `integer`):

How many listings to return for each place or URL, newest first (1 to 1000). Empty means 30. In watch mode this caps what one run returns; the rest comes in later runs.

## `minPrice` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Only listings at or above this price in euros (for rentals, the monthly rent). Empty means no minimum.

## `maxPrice` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Only listings at or below this price in euros (for rentals, the monthly rent). Empty means no maximum.

## `minBedrooms` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Only listings with at least this many bedrooms. Empty means no minimum.

## `maxBedrooms` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Only listings with at most this many bedrooms. Empty means no maximum.

## `minBathrooms` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Only listings with at least this many bathrooms. Empty means no minimum.

## `minSizeM2` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Only listings of at least this many square metres. Empty means no minimum.

## `maxSizeM2` (type: `integer`):

Optional. Only listings of at most this many square metres. Empty means no maximum.

## `sellerType` (type: `string`):

Agencies only, private sellers only, or both. Private sellers are never named in the output. Empty means any.

## `requirePrice` (type: `boolean`):

Leave out listings that show no price ("a consultar"). Empty means off.

## `onlyReduced` (type: `boolean`):

Only listings whose price went down, as marked on pisos.com (and, in watch mode, as seen by this watch). Empty means off.

## `includeDetails` (type: `boolean`):

Adds listing date, all photos, full description, energy rating, features, condition and agency name from each listing's own page. Turn off for list data only (faster). Empty means on.

## `monitoringMode` (type: `boolean`):

Run the same input on a schedule. The first run returns the newest listings and remembers them; later runs return only listings published since then and listings whose price went down. Empty means off (a plain search).

## `includePriceDrops` (type: `boolean`):

In watch mode, also return remembered listings whose price went down, with the previous price. Empty means on.

## `watchPages` (type: `integer`):

In watch mode, how many pages of 30 newest listings each run checks for each search (1 to 20). Empty means 3 (the newest 90). Raise it for busy places so nothing is missed between runs.

## `watchName` (type: `string`):

Optional. Keeps separate memories for separate watches of the same search (letters, digits, dot, dash, underscore). Empty means the default watch.

## `resetMonitoringState` (type: `boolean`):

Forget what this watch remembered and treat this run as the first check. Empty means off.

  "includeDetails": true,
  "monitoringMode": false,

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

One row per pisos.com listing, newest first: listing ID, link, price in EUR (monthly rent for rentals), price per m2, the site's own price reduction, size, rooms, bathrooms, floor, energy rating, features, neighbourhood, district, municipality, province, coordinates, agency or private seller, agency name, listing date, description and photos. Watch mode marks rows first-check, new or price-drop (with the previous price). A search with no listings, nothing new, an unknown place, a page robots.txt does not allow, a check page or a run that hit its maximum charge comes back as a free row that says why.
