## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Yandex Market Scraper - Prices, Discounts & Price Monitor

Get products from **Yandex Market** (market.yandex.ru, Яндекс Маркет) search results: title, **price in RUB**, old price and discount, rating and number of ratings, purchases, seller, delivery type and date, stock, and whether the result is an advertising placement. Search by keyword (Russian or English), or paste a Yandex Market search or category URL.

**Monitor mode** reads the same search again and returns **only what changed**: products whose price went up or down since the last check, and products that appear in the results for the first time. Built for schedules that run every hour or every day: a check where nothing changed is charged only the small run start fee.

Unofficial. Reads public search pages only, without logging in. Not affiliated with Yandex.

### What you get

| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| `marketSku`, `productId`, `offerId` | Yandex Market SKU, product (model) ID and offer ID |
| `title` | Product title as shown |
| `price` | The price shown on the results page, in RUB (Yandex Market shows the price with its Yandex Pay card) |
| `priceWithoutYandexPay` | The price without the Yandex Pay card |
| `oldPrice`, `discountPercent` | Price before the discount, and the discount badge (for example 43) |
| `currency` | Always `RUB` |
| `rating`, `ratingCount`, `purchaseCount` | Product rating (out of 5), number of ratings, number of purchases shown |
| `seller`, `shopId`, `businessId`, `vendorId` | Seller name when the page shows it, and the IDs (the shop ID is always there) |
| `deliveryType`, `deliveryDays`, `deliveryDateFrom`, `deliveryDateTo`, `deliveryText` | Delivery as shown for Moscow (region 213), for example `PICKUP`, `2026-10-01`, `1 окт, ПВЗ` |
| `stockCount`, `isAvailable`, `isExpress` | Stock left, availability, express delivery |
| `sponsored` | `true` for advertising placements |
| `badges` | Badges such as `Оригинал`, `Скидка 43%` |
| `imageUrl`, `url` | Main picture and product link |
| `page`, `positionOnPage`, `resultsInSearch` | Where the product was, and the result count Yandex Market shows |
| `changeType`, `previousPrice`, `priceChange`, `priceChangePercent` | Monitor mode only: `first-check`, `new-in-results` or `price-change` |

Rows that explain something (no results, nothing changed, a page robots.txt does not allow, a check page, a run that reached its maximum charge) have a `status` other than `ok` and a `note`. **They are never charged.**

### Input

| Input | What it does |
|---|---|
| `searchQueries` | Search terms, for example `iphone 15`, `пылесос`, `кроссовки nike`. Empty together with `searchUrls` = example search `iphone 15` |
| `searchUrls` | Yandex Market search pages (`https://market.yandex.ru/search?text=…`) or category pages (`https://market.yandex.ru/catalog--pylesosy/16302535/list`). Text, category, sort and price range are kept; tracking parameters are dropped |
| `sort` | `relevance` (default), `price-asc`, `price-desc`, `rating`, `reviews`, `discount` |
| `minPrice`, `maxPrice` | Yandex Market's own price filter, in RUB |
| `maxPages` | Results pages per search, 1 to 5 (default 3) |
| `maxResultsPerSearch` | Most products per search, 1 to 100 (default 50) |
| `includeSponsored` | Return advertising placements too (default on), marked `sponsored` |
| `onlyNew` | Monitor mode: only price changes and products new in the results |
| `includePriceChanges` | Monitor mode: include price changes (default on) |
| `watchName` | Separate monitor memories, for example one per client |
| `resetMonitoringState` | Forget what this watch has seen and start again |

Up to 10 searches per run (search terms plus URLs).

### How much of a search you get

Each Yandex Market results page carries only its first part inside the page itself: **about 8 products on page 1 and about 16 on each later page**. The rest of each page is loaded from Yandex Market's `/api/`, which its robots.txt does not allow, so this Actor does not request it. With the default 3 pages you get about 30 to 40 products per search, never the whole result count. When there were more results than returned, a free row says so.

With **Relevance** sort, Yandex Market fills page 1 with advertising placements (all 8 in our tests). They are real products, returned with `sponsored: true`; switch `includeSponsored` off to leave them out, or sort by price or rating (no advertising placements there).

The same search does not always show the same products: in our tests, two requests of the same price-sorted page 11 seconds apart differed by 4 of 8 products. This is Yandex Market's own answer, not a reading error.

Prices and delivery dates are the ones Yandex Market shows to visitors from outside Russia, which is the Moscow region (213).

### Monitor mode

1. First run: returns up to `maxResultsPerSearch` products (`first-check`) and remembers the list.
2. Next runs: read the same pages and return only
   - `price-change`: the same product from the same shop at a different price, with `previousPrice`, `priceChange` and `priceChangePercent`;
   - `new-in-results`: a product offer (a product from a given shop, so the same product from another shop counts separately) that this watch has not seen in these results before. It may be newly listed on Yandex Market, or it may have moved into the pages this Actor reads. Yandex Market does not show a listing date on the results page, so this Actor does not invent one.
3. If a page cannot be read, the watch judges nothing for that search: nothing is returned, remembered or charged, and the next run checks again.
4. If a run reaches your maximum charge, the products it could not return are returned by the next run.

Because Yandex Market does not always show the same products for the same search, the first few runs of a new watch can return a few `new-in-results` products that were already listed but had not appeared in the pages read before (in our test over about 35 minutes: 4 products on the second run, none on the next 3 runs, 1 on the sixth). Each product is returned as new only once per watch. Use a price or rating sort (no advertising placements) and the same `maxPages` every run.

If every product read is an advertising placement and `includeSponsored` is off, there is nothing to compare: the run returns a free row and is not charged.

### Pricing

Pay per event:

- **Run start**: one small fee per run (not per page and not per GB of memory).
- **Product returned**: per product row.

Explanation rows are free. A normal search that finds nothing is not charged at all. In monitor mode, the run start fee is the price of the check itself, so it is charged even when nothing changed. Set a maximum charge per run and the Actor will not start a run that cannot return at least one product.

### Reliability

- Reads the plain search page; no browser. Measured 2026-09-25 from Apify's servers: 45 of 45 requests answered without a proxy, 45 of 45 through datacenter proxies, 15 of 15 through residential proxies, 0 check pages. In 18 test runs of this Actor the same day, 1 run was sent to the check page on its first request; it stopped with a free row and charged nothing.
- If Yandex Market refuses an IP address (403, 429, 5xx), the Actor asks again from other datacenter IPs, then from a residential IP outside Russia.
- If Yandex Market shows its check page ("Are you not a robot?"), the Actor **does not solve or bypass it**: it stops, returns a free row and remembers nothing. Product pages (`/card/…`) show that check page to automated visitors, so this Actor never opens them and reads only search pages.
- robots.txt of market.yandex.ru is read on every run and every URL is checked against it before it is requested.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchQueries` (type: `array`):

What you would type into the Yandex Market search box, in Russian or English, for example iphone 15, пылесос, кроссовки nike, lego technic. Leave Search terms and Search URLs both empty to run the example search iphone 15.

## `searchUrls` (type: `array`):

Optional. Yandex Market search or category pages copied from your browser, for example https://market.yandex.ru/search?text=пылесос\&how=aprice or https://market.yandex.ru/catalog--pylesosy/16302535/list. The search text, category, sort order and price range in the URL are kept; tracking parameters are dropped. Filter parameters (glfilter) are not allowed by Yandex Market's robots.txt: such a URL comes back as a free row.

## `sort` (type: `string`):

Sort order for the search terms (a pasted URL keeps its own). With Relevance, Yandex Market fills the first page with advertising placements (marked sponsored). Price: low to high is the steadiest list for monitoring. Empty = relevance.

## `minPrice` (type: `number`):

Optional. Yandex Market's own price filter (pricefrom), in rubles.

## `maxPrice` (type: `number`):

Optional. Yandex Market's own price filter (priceto), in rubles.

## `maxPages` (type: `integer`):

How many results pages to read for each search (1 to 5). Each page carries only its first part in the page itself: about 8 products on page 1 and about 16 on each later page (the rest is loaded from Yandex Market's /api/, which robots.txt does not allow). Empty = 3 (about 30 to 40 products).

## `maxResultsPerSearch` (type: `integer`):

Most products returned for one search. Empty = 50. In monitor mode it limits the products returned per search in one run; the rest come in the next run.

## `includeSponsored` (type: `boolean`):

On (default): return advertising placements too, marked sponsored true. Off: leave them out (with Relevance sort the first page is often all advertising).

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

On: every run reads the same pages of each search and returns only products whose price changed since the previous check (changeType price-change, with previousPrice and priceChange) and products that appear in these results for the first time (changeType new-in-results). The first run returns up to Max products per search (changeType first-check) and remembers them as the starting point. Each run that reads the list is charged the run start fee even when nothing changed; runs where nothing changed return a free row saying so.

## `includePriceChanges` (type: `boolean`):

On (default): in monitor mode, also return products whose price is different from the previous check (up or down). Off: only products new in the results.

## `watchName` (type: `string`):

Optional. Keeps separate memories for monitor mode, for example one per client (letters, digits, dot, dash, underscore; up to 40). Runs with the same watch name and the same search share what has already been returned.

## `resetMonitoringState` (type: `boolean`):

On: forget what this watch has seen for these searches before running, so this run is a first check again.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "searchQueries": [
    "iphone 15"
  ],
  "includeSponsored": true,
  "includePriceChanges": true
}
```

# Actor output Schema

## `results` (type: `string`):

One row per Yandex Market product in the search results: Market SKU, title, price in RUB (the price shown on the page, with the Yandex Pay card), price without the card, old price and discount, rating and number of ratings, purchases, seller and shop ID, delivery type and dates, stock, advertising-placement flag, link, page and position. Monitor mode marks rows first-check, new-in-results or price-change (with the previous price). A search with no products, nothing changed, a page robots.txt does not allow, a check page, a refused request or a run that hit its maximum charge comes back as a free row that says why.
