## Pricing

from $13.40 / 1,000 brazil cvm corporate disclosures records

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Brazil CVM Corporate Disclosures

One structured `disclosure_record` per CVM IPE corporate-disclosure filing, from the official Brazilian securities-regulator open data — keyless, logged-out, ODbL.

**Difference:** One record per IPE (Informações Periódicas e Eventuais) filing lodged with Brazil's securities regulator CVM — company (name, CNPJ, CVM code), reference date, category, type, especie, subject, delivery date, presentation type, protocol, version, and the document download link. Distinct from our other CVM actors: this is the DISCLOSURE-FILING stream (periodic + eventual corporate communications — minutes, notices, material facts), one row per filing — not the public-companies master, not public offerings, not enforcement cases, not the investment-fund registry.

### What you get

One `disclosure_record` per filing, deduplicated on delivery protocol + version. A `run_receipt` row carries the source URL, year, scope, ODbL license, attribution, and delivered/duplicate totals.

### How it behaves

The official annual ZIP under /dados/ is fetched once (the host's robots law is honoured — only /dados/ is used, /api/ is Disallowed and never touched, Crawl-Delay 10 respected), the latin-1 semicolon CSV inside is read, the 13-column header canaried for drift, and delivery bounded to maxRecords — never a full-file self-charged pull. ~29,134 filings/year measured at birth (2026). An automatic previous-year fallback covers early January before the current annual file exists.

### Pricing

| Event | FREE | BRONZE | SILVER | GOLD+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| `apify-actor-start` (one-time actor start) | $0.02 | $0.02 | $0.02 | $0.02 |
| `disclosure_record` (per unique record) | $0.02 | $0.018 | $0.016 | $0.0134 |

Charged once per unique record delivered (push-then-charge). Start fee $0.02. Duplicate / outage / schema-drift / blocked raises loudly and charges nothing.
