One structured `job_record` per open requisition across Oracle Recruiting Cloud career sites, from the keyless candidate-experience contract — zero-auth only.

**Difference:** One normalized record per open requisition on an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) career site — employer, tenant host, site number, requisition id, title, posted/posting-end dates, primary location + country, secondary locations, workplace type, job function/family/schedule, worker type, a short description, and the public job URL — normalized across tenants so one schema spans every board. Five tenants at birth (Vertiv, Wesco, DTCC, MUFG Pension & Market Services, Mycronic).

### What you get

One `job_record` per requisition, deduplicated on tenant host + site number + requisition id. A `run_receipt` row carries per-tenant counts, scope, and delivered/duplicate totals.

### How it behaves

Reads the keyless, logged-out candidate-experience requisition JSON that every ORC site serves; pagination is bounded and apply / talent-community paths are never touched. This is an APP CONTRACT, not a promised API, and the risk is accepted ONLY at zero-auth: if any tenant's endpoint requires a cookie, key, or token at runtime — an auth challenge, a login/HTML body instead of JSON, or a gating cookie — the run STOPS with a loud report and no workaround is attempted. Each tenant's siteNumber is canaried; robots is honoured per host.
