## Poland EU-Funded Projects

One structured `funding_record` per EU-co-financed project in Poland (2021-2027), from the official public national list — keyless, logged-out, robots-honoured.

**Difference:** One record per project co-financed by European Funds in Poland — project name and summary, contract/decision number, beneficiary, contractor, fund, specific objective, programme, priority, measure, total project value (PLN), EU co-financing (PLN) and rate (%), EURO exchange rate, project location, start/end dates, and type of intervention — from the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy's official 'Lista projektów 2021-2027'. Unlike grant-opportunity or tender watchers, this is the realised-project funding roster: who received EU money, how much, and for what.

### What you get

One `funding_record` per project, deduplicated on contract number + beneficiary + project name. Fields the source does not publish are honest `null`. A `run_receipt` row carries the source URL, release date, scope, and delivered/duplicate totals.

### How it behaves

Each run DISCOVERS the current monthly file from the official report page (the dated /wp-content/uploads/YYYY/MM/Lista\_projektow\_FE\_2021\_2027\_DDMMYYYY.csv pattern — a monthly-file canary that fails loud if the pattern disappears), then streams the ~134 MB BOM UTF-8 semicolon CSV. The bilingual title banner is skipped, the 19-column header is canaried for drift, and delivery is bounded to maxRecords with any truncated tail row dropped — never a full-file self-charged pull. Full corpus ~33,567 rows measured at birth (file dated 03082026).
