- **Options are now off by default: `extractDetails` ("Extract details") and `extractPhone` ("Extract phone numbers")**
  start unticked, so a run that does not mention them returns the search-card fields only, at the base price. Tick
  them to get the listing page (contact, costs, energy data, all photos) and the phone numbers. A run that sends
  either option explicitly is unchanged.
- `extractPhone` needs `extractDetails`: ticked alone, no phone is delivered and the run log says so.

### 2026-09-26

- **Phone numbers are now an option of their own: `extractPhone` ("Extract phone numbers")**, on by default. A run
  that does not mention it (API calls, scheduled tasks, saved inputs) still gets `phone` and `phones` as before.
- The phone is charged as its own event, `contact-phone`, **only for a listing delivered with at least one number**:
  a listing whose page shows no phone costs nothing more. See the Pricing tab for its price.
- `extractPhone: false`: no phone in the output — `phone` is `null`, `phones` is empty, the numbers of the agent's
  legal notice (`imprint`) read `[phone hidden]`, and `raw` holds none. The e-mail and the rest of the details are
  unchanged.
- `requirePhone` ("Only with a phone number") always delivers the phone of the listings it keeps.
