Find public document links on websites and return them as clean, deduplicated records.

### What it does

This Actor crawls a website and extracts links to public documents including:

- PDF, DOC, DOCX
- XLS, XLSX, CSV
- PPT, PPTX
- forms, packets, reports, agendas, minutes, menus, brochures, applications, RFPs, sponsorship packets, and related files

Each result includes the document URL, file extension, filename, source page, nearby context, matched keywords, and a document category.
