Turn a list of public websites into clean lead records with contact details and buying-signal context.

### What it does

This Actor crawls each supplied website and extracts:

- email addresses and phone numbers
- contact/about/team/location pages
- social profile links
- useful public document links
- configurable lead-signal keywords such as sponsorship, donation, vendor, event, membership, catering, quote, or custom terms
- a 0-100 lead score with score reasons

It is built for prospecting, CRM enrichment, local-business research, nonprofit/event research, and niche lead-list products.
