## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Company Career Pages Jobs Scraper: 12 ATS in one dataset

Collect **public job listings from supported company career pages** in one normalized dataset. The Actor has adapters for 12 applicant tracking systems:

**Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, Personio, Teamtailor, Breezy HR, Rippling, BambooHR and SAP SuccessFactors.**

Paste career page URLs, filter by keyword, location, remote and posting date, and export to JSON, CSV, Excel, or plug it into your app, n8n, Make, Zapier or an AI agent via MCP.

### Why this Actor

- **12 ATS in one Actor.** No need to chain a separate scraper for each platform: they all come out in **the same schema**, so one table covers startups (Ashby, Lever), European companies (Personio, Teamtailor, Recruitee) and large enterprises (SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters).
- **Direct source feeds.** It reads public JSON or XML feeds used by career sites, without a login, browser or proxy. Availability and response formats depend on each provider.
- **Visible run outcome.** A `SUMMARY` record separates failed sources, missing optional details, duplicate results and zero matches.
- **Filters built in.** Title keywords, excluded words, locations, remote only, posted within N days, max jobs per company.
- **Salary when published.** Salary ranges from Ashby, Lever, Recruitee, Rippling and Breezy boards are included.
- **Need Workday?** Use our companion Actor **Workday Jobs Scraper** for `*.myworkdayjobs.com` career sites. Its related schema includes Workday-specific fields.

### Use cases

- **Job boards and aggregators:** keep listings fresh from hundreds of company sources.
- **Recruiters and staffing agencies:** monitor matching roles at selected companies.
- **Sales intelligence:** hiring = budget. Find companies hiring data engineers, SDRs, or for a new market, and reach them first.
- **Market and salary research:** track hiring trends by role, location and company.
- **Job seekers:** watch your dream companies and get only the roles that match.

### Input

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| `companies` | Career page URLs, e.g. `https://boards.greenhouse.io/stripe`, `https://jobs.lever.co/palantir`, `https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ramp`, `https://apply.workable.com/huggingface`, `https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup`, `https://bunq.recruitee.com`, `https://personio.jobs.personio.de`, `https://career.teamtailor.com`, `https://company.breezy.hr`, `https://ats.rippling.com/rippling`, `https://prezi.bamboohr.com/careers`, `https://career5.successfactors.eu/career?company=SAP`. Short form `greenhouse:stripe` also works. |
| `keywords` | Keep jobs whose title contains any of these words. |
| `excludeKeywords` | Drop jobs whose title contains any of these words. |
| `locations` | Keep jobs whose location or country contains any of these. |
| `remoteOnly` | Keep structured remote flags or recognizable remote labels in the source. This is not a work-from-anywhere guarantee. |
| `postedWithinDays` | 0 disables this filter. Otherwise, keep source dates within N days; missing, invalid and future dates are excluded and counted in `SUMMARY`. |
| `includeDescription` | Add the published plain-text description when available. Disabling it omits text from output; date filters can still require detail requests. |
| `maxJobsPerCompany` | Cap saved results per company; 0 means no output cap. Some feeds must still be fetched in full. |

### Output

Illustrative record; field availability varies by source. Missing fields are `null`. `detailStatus`, where returned, identifies optional detail requests as `available`, `unavailable` or `not_requested`.

```json
```

### Pricing

See the Actor's **Pricing** tab for the current result price, any run-start fee and applicable platform charges. The `job-result` event is emitted only for unique, matching records sent to the dataset. Filters and deduplication run before that event. Set a maximum total charge per run in Apify; the Actor stops saving after the SDK reports that limit.

### Run outcomes and limits

- `SUMMARY.status` is `complete`, `no_matching_results`, `partial`, `stopped_cost_limit` or `failed`. `complete` means configured sources finished within your filters and caps, not that all possible company vacancies were collected.
- A valid empty feed or no matches is a successful `no_matching_results` run. If every requested source is invalid or fails, the run fails rather than reporting success with zero results. If some sources work, inspect `failures` and `detailFailures` for partial results.
- `unknownDatesSkipped` and `futureDatesSkipped` describe records excluded by an active date filter. With no date filter, undated jobs can be returned. Date meanings vary across providers; a published or updated timestamp is not necessarily the first-ever posting date.
- Repeated source aliases and duplicate result IDs are deduplicated within a run. There is no persistent deduplication between scheduled runs; the same matching job can be returned and charged again on a later run.
- HTTP requests time out after 30 seconds each. HTTP 429 and transient server errors receive bounded retries. Sources can change format, become unavailable or restrict access; support for an ATS does not guarantee every tenant works.

### Notes

- Only public job feeds are requested. Descriptions can contain names or contact details published by the employer; review your export before reuse.
- If a company's board URL is wrong or the company moved to another ATS, that board is reported in the run's `SUMMARY` record and the rest of the run continues.
- Missing an ATS you need? Open an issue with a public example for assessment.
