## Pricing

from $1.50 / 1,000 job returneds

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## DACH ATS Jobs Search – Germany, Austria, Switzerland

Search **70,000+ open jobs from 2,200+ employer career sites** in Germany, Austria and Switzerland – straight from the companies' own applicant tracking systems (softgarden, d.vinci). No job board duplicates, no scraping setup, results in seconds.

### Why this Actor

- **Jobs you won't find on the big boards.** Many small and mid-sized employers (hospitals, care providers, Mittelstand, public utilities) only publish on their own career site. This Actor reads those sites daily.
- **Search by place and radius.** Enter a city or postal code ("München", "76133", "Wien") and a radius in km. Every job comes with postal code, coordinates and distance.
- **German and English keywords.** "Entwickler" also finds "Developer" and "Engineer", "Werkstudent" finds "Working Student". Gender suffixes like (m/w/d) are ignored.
- **Only new jobs.** Turn on *Only new jobs since my last run* and schedule the Actor daily: you get each job exactly once.
- **Closed jobs.** Jobs that disappear from a career site are marked `closed` with a `closedAt` date (kept for 30 days).
- **Clean data, no personal data.** One unified schema across all systems. Recruiter names and contact persons are never included.
- **Fast and cheap.** A search runs in about 10 seconds. You pay only for the jobs returned.

### Example input

```json
{
  "keywords": ["Pflegefachkraft", "Krankenpfleger"],
  "location": "Karlsruhe",
  "radiusKm": 30,
  "onlyNew": true,
  "stateKey": "nursing-karlsruhe"
}
```

Unknown or misspelled input fields cause a clear error instead of being silently ignored.

### Pricing

Pay per event, no subscription:

| Event | Price (Free plan) | Discounted plans |
|---|---|---|
| Job returned | **$3.00 per 1,000 jobs** | down to $1.50 per 1,000 |
| Search run | $0.01 per run | $0.01 |

A daily job alert that returns 5 new jobs costs about $0.03 per day. With the $5 monthly free credit of the Apify Free plan you can try about 1,600 jobs for free. Set a maximum cost per run in the run options and the Actor stops when it is reached.

### Coverage and update frequency

- The index is refreshed **daily**.
- Systems: softgarden and d.vinci. More (Personio and others) are coming.
- The list of career sites is extended regularly.

### FAQ

**Can I use it for job alerts?** Yes: schedule it daily with `onlyNew: true` and connect the dataset to e-mail, Slack, Google Sheets or a webhook via Apify integrations.

**Is this legal?** The Actor only reads publicly available job postings that employers publish to be found, and it does not collect personal data.

**Something missing or wrong?** Please open an issue on the Issues tab, we usually answer within a day.
