## Pricing

from $1.40 / 1,000 coolblue price histories

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Coolblue Price History — NL Price Drop Tracker

Coolblue price history for **Coolblue.nl**: current EUR price, price drops and rises, and a snapshot series. First run saves a baseline; **schedule** (or pass `previousSnapshot`) to grow the series and detect changes.

This is **not** a second Coolblue catalog dump — use [`coolblue-products`](https://apify.com/noahadler/coolblue-products) for one-shot listings.

> **Proxy:** Apify **RESIDENTIAL** + country **NL**. Bare IPs often get 403.

### What this Actor does

| Step | Action |
|------|--------|
| 1 | Accept `query` / `searchUrl` and/or `productIds` / `productUrls` |
| 2 | Scrape Coolblue `/zoeken` SSR product cards (same HTTP path as catalog) |
| 3 | Merge with prior KV snapshot → `priceHistory` + optional `lastPriceChange` |
| 4 | Persist snapshot for the next scheduled run |

***

### Input

| Field | Required | Description |
|-------|----------|-------------|
| `query` | One of | Keyword (e.g. `headphones`) |
| `searchUrl` | One of | Full Coolblue search URL |
| `productIds` / `productUrls` | One of | Watchlist SKUs (resolved via search — PDP alone often 403) |
| `maxItems` | No | 1–100 (default 20) |
| `snapshotKey` | No | Reuse on schedule so history persists |
| `previousSnapshot` | No | External prior `{ items: { id: … } }` |
| `persistSnapshot` | No | Default true |
| `proxyConfiguration` | No | Default RESIDENTIAL + NL |

#### Example

```json
{
  "query": "headphones",
  "maxItems": 8,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true,
    "apifyProxyGroups": ["RESIDENTIAL"],
    "apifyProxyCountry": "NL"
  }
}
```

***

### Output example

```json
{
  "productId": "936048",
  "title": "Bose QuietComfort Headphones Zwart",
  "detailUrl": "https://www.coolblue.nl/product/936048/bose-quietcomfort-headphones-zwart.html",
  "currentPrice": 230.0,
  "listPrice": null,
  "currency": "EUR",
  "brand": "Bose",
  "firstSeenAt": "2026-10-02T12:00:00Z",
  "lastPriceChange": null,
  "priceHistory": [
    { "price": 230.0, "currency": "EUR", "seenAt": "2026-10-02T12:00:00Z", "source": "snapshot" }
  ],
  "historySource": "snapshot",
  "status": "baseline",
  "query": "headphones",
  "scrapedAt": "2026-10-02T12:00:00Z",
  "error": false
}
```

`listPrice` is filled **only** when Coolblue shows a strikethrough adviesprijs.

On a later run with a lower price, `status` becomes `price_changed` and `lastPriceChange` includes `fromPrice` / `toPrice` / `dropEur`.

***

### Limits

- History needs **≥2 runs** (or pasted `previousSnapshot`) for diffs; run 1 is an honest baseline.
- Same antibot as Coolblue catalog: RES NL.
- SSR HTML selectors can change.

***

### Pricing

Pay-per-event: one charge per Dataset row (price-history check).

# Actor input Schema

## `query` (type: `string`):

Coolblue.nl keyword (e.g. headphones). Used with /zoeken SSR cards.

## `searchUrl` (type: `string`):

Optional Coolblue /zoeken or category URL. Preserves filters.

## `productIds` (type: `array`):

Optional Coolblue product IDs to resolve via search (PDP alone often 403).

## `productUrls` (type: `array`):

Optional https://www.coolblue.nl/product/{id}/… URLs (ID extracted; resolved via search).

## `sort` (type: `string`):

Catalog sort when building from query.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Cap per run (1–100). Each row is a price-history check (series + optional drop).

## `snapshotKey` (type: `string`):

KV key for this watchlist. Leave empty to hash inputs. Reuse on a schedule so priceHistory grows.

## `previousSnapshot` (type: `object`):

Paste a prior KV snapshot ({ items: { id: { currentPrice, priceHistory, … } } }) if you store history outside this Actor.

## `persistSnapshot` (type: `boolean`):

On by default. Next scheduled run diffs prices and appends priceHistory points.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

Recommended: Apify RESIDENTIAL with country NL. Injected if country empty.

## Actor input object example

```json
{
  "query": "headphones",
  "sort": "relevance",
  "maxItems": 20,
  "persistSnapshot": true,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true,
    "apifyProxyGroups": [
      "RESIDENTIAL"
    ],
    "apifyProxyCountry": "NL"
  }
}
