## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

# README

## Pop Mart Scraper — prices, stock & drop dates

**Pop Mart** product data from the **US store**: **Labubu**, Molly, SkullPanda, Crybaby, Dimoo, Hirono and the rest of the catalogue. One row per **SKU** with **price in USD**, **live stock level**, sold-out flag and the official **release date**.

Blind box and Whole Set are priced separately on Pop Mart, so they come out as separate rows — the way a reseller actually compares them.

> **Not a purchase bot.** Drops sell out in seconds and this Actor does not touch checkout. It gives you the data: what dropped, when, at what price, and whether it is in stock.

**Keywords:** pop mart scraper · labubu price · popmart api · pop mart stock · blind box scraper

***

### What it does

| Step | Action |
|------|--------|
| 1 | Input: `searchTerms` (series or keyword) + `maxItems` |
| 2 | Reads the Pop Mart US storefront search (server-rendered payload, no browser) |
| 3 | Paginates until the catalogue for that term is exhausted or `maxItems` is hit |
| 4 | Flattens each product into its SKUs and pushes one row per SKU |

***

### Input

| Field | Required | Description |
|-------|----------|-------------|
| `searchTerms` | Yes | Series or keywords as typed on popmart.com: `labubu`, `molly`, `skullpanda`, `crybaby`, `dimoo`, `hirono`… |
| `maxItems` | No | 1–500 rows across all terms (default 100) |
| `includeSoldOut` | No | `true` (default) keeps sold-out SKUs — needed to track restocks |
| `includeZeroPriceSkus` | No | `false` (default) drops add-on placeholder SKUs with no real price |
| `proxyConfiguration` | No | RESIDENTIAL US recommended |

#### Example (Try it)

```json
{
  "searchTerms": ["labubu", "skullpanda"],
  "maxItems": 60,
  "includeSoldOut": true,
  "includeZeroPriceSkus": false,
  "proxyConfiguration": {
    "useApifyProxy": true,
    "apifyProxyGroups": ["RESIDENTIAL"],
    "apifyProxyCountry": "US"
  }
}
```

***

### Output (one SKU per row)

| Field | Example |
|-------|---------|
| `productTitle` | THE MONSTERS Hair Salon Series Figures |
| `skuTitle` / `skuCode` | Single box · Whole Set |
| `price` / `discountPrice` / `currency` | 17.99 · 17.99 · USD |
| `onlineStock` / `isSoldOut` | 1 · false |
| `isAvailable` | product-level sale status |
| `releaseAt` | `2026-06-26T23:30:00Z` — official online release |
| `url` / `imageUrl` | `https://www.popmart.com/us/products/{id}` |
| `error` | honest soft-fail row if the storefront blocks |

Zero-price placeholder SKUs are **not** pushed as success rows unless you ask for them.

***

### Pricing

Pay-per-event: cheap volume PPE per product row (see Actor pricing on Apify).

***

### Notes

- Coverage is the **US store** (`popmart.com/us`), so prices are USD. Other regions are planned for a later version.
- A handful of legacy products carry no release timestamp; `releaseAt` is left empty rather than guessed.
- `onlineStock` is a **stock level, not a unit count**: the storefront only exposes `0` (sold out), `1` or `2` (buyable). Use it together with `isSoldOut`, and schedule the Actor if you want a restock or price history series.
- If a run returns a single row with `error=true` mentioning Cloudflare, turn on **RESIDENTIAL US** and retry.

# Actor input Schema

## `searchTerms` (type: `array`):

Series or keywords as typed on popmart.com, e.g. labubu, molly, skullpanda, crybaby, dimoo, hirono. One search per term.

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Maximum rows to return across all search terms (1–500). A product can yield several rows: Single box and Whole Set are priced separately.

## `includeSoldOut` (type: `boolean`):

Keep SKUs with zero stock. Leave on to track restocks and drop history; turn off to list only what is buyable right now.

## `includeZeroPriceSkus` (type: `boolean`):

Pop Mart lists some add-on / quantity placeholder SKUs with no real price. Off by default so every row carries a usable price.

## `proxyConfiguration` (type: `object`):

popmart.com sits behind Cloudflare. RESIDENTIAL with country US keeps prices in USD and avoids rate limits on large runs.
