## Pricing

from $10.00 / 1,000 businesses

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## 📒 BuscJá Scraper - Brazil Business Leads (Telelistas)

Extract business leads from **BuscJá**, the Brazilian business directory formerly known as **Telelistas**. Search any category or business type in any **city, neighborhood (bairro) or whole state**, or all of Brazil. For each business you get its phone and WhatsApp in international format, website, street address, neighborhood, city, state and category. Turn on **Business details** to also get the postal code (CEP), map position, every phone and WhatsApp number, all its categories, services, payment methods, opening hours, photos, and Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X and TikTok links. You can run several searches and places at once, collect **1,000 businesses in about 5 seconds**, and get everything past the site's 5,025-result limit per search. It can also run on a schedule and send you **only new businesses**.

### 🎯 Who uses it?

#### 📞 Sales teams and lead generation agencies

Build call and WhatsApp lists of Brazilian businesses by category, city and neighborhood, ready for your CRM.

#### 📣 Marketing agencies

Find businesses with no website or social media in a city, and offer them yours.

#### 🏭 Distributors and suppliers

List every pharmacy, workshop, restaurant or clinic in a state to plan sales routes and coverage, down to the CEP.

#### 📊 Market researchers

Count and map businesses by category, state, city, neighborhood and CEP, with map positions.

### ✨ What it does

- **Search like on the site.** Type a category or business type ("restaurantes", "dentistas", "oficina mecânica"), with several terms in one run. Each term covers every matching category: "dentistas" also searches "Dentistas - Ortodontia", "Dentistas - Implantodontia" and the rest.
- **Any place in Brazil.** A city ("Campinas"), a neighborhood ("Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro") or a whole state ("SP", "Minas Gerais"), searched city by city with the capital first. Every term is searched in every place. Leave places empty to search all of Brazil, starting with the 27 state capitals.
- **No 5,025 cut-off.** The site shows at most 201 pages per search. Bigger city searches are also run neighborhood by neighborhood, so you get everything.
- **Or paste links.** Use results pages or business pages from buscja.com or telelistas.net. Filters are ignored with links.
- **Filters:** only close matches, and only businesses with a phone, WhatsApp, website, street address or social media. You can also filter by CEP, or keep only businesses open on chosen days.
- **Business details add-on:** CEP, map position, all phones and WhatsApp numbers, categories, services, payment methods, opening hours per day, photos and social media links.
- **Monitoring:** run it on a schedule with **Only new businesses**, and each run saves only businesses you haven't received yet.

### 🏆 Why this scraper

- **Fast.** 1,000 businesses in about 5 seconds, or 1,000 with business details in about 20 seconds.
- **Every result, not the first page.** It reads every page of every search, up to the site's limit, then splits by neighborhood past it.
- **Duplicates removed.** The site sometimes lists the same business several times under different IDs. You get it once.
- **Phones ready to dial.** Every phone and WhatsApp number is in international format (+55...).
- **Clean addresses.** Street, neighborhood, city, state and CEP are in separate fields, and the " em Bairro" the site adds to business names is removed.
- **Clean, typed data.** Map positions are numbers, payment methods and days are in English, hours are in 24h format, and there are no HTML leftovers.
- **No proxy needed.** Nothing extra to set up or pay for.

### ⚙️ How the input is organised

| Section | What it's for |
| --- | --- |
| **Maximum results** | Always first, caps the whole run. Empty means no limit. |
| **What to scrape** | Search terms, places and business details (postal code, hours, services, social links). |
| **Filters** | Only close matches, only with phone, only with WhatsApp, only with website, only with street address, only with social media, postal codes (CEP) and open on these days. |
| **Monitoring** | Only new businesses and monitor name. |
| **Links** | Links instead of the fields above. Filters are ignored with links. |

### 💰 Pricing

Pay-per-event: a one-time **$0.003** when the run starts, plus a price per business saved to your dataset. The price depends on your Apify plan tier:

| Your Apify plan | Price per business |
| --- | --- |
| Free | $0.012 |
| Bronze | $0.011 |
| Silver | $0.0105 |
| Gold / Platinum / Diamond | $0.010 |

Approximate total cost:

| Businesses collected | Free | Bronze | Silver | Gold+ |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 100 | $1.20 | $1.10 | $1.05 | $1.00 |
| 1,000 | $12.00 | $11.00 | $10.50 | $10.00 |
| 10,000 | $120.00 | $110.00 | $105.00 | $100.00 |

**Business details add-on:** when **Business details** is on (or a CEP, social media or opening-day filter turns it on), each business saved with its details adds one more charge:

| Your Apify plan | Business details, per business |
| --- | --- |
| Free | $0.003 |
| Bronze | $0.0025 |
| Silver | $0.002 |
| Gold / Platinum / Diamond | $0.0015 |

So 1,000 businesses with details cost $11.50 on Gold ($10 + $1.50). Businesses whose details didn't load pay only the base price, and businesses left out by filters are free. There are no proxy costs. New Apify accounts start with $5 in free credit. On the Free plan, a run saves up to 10 businesses.

### 🚀 Run it

1. Create a free Apify account with $5 in credit.
2. Open the BuscJá Scraper.
3. Type search terms and places (or keep the prefilled ones), add filters, then click **Start**.
4. Export the results as CSV, Excel, JSON or XML from the Dataset tab.

### 🤖 Use with AI agents (MCP)

Connect the [Apify MCP server](https://mcp.apify.com) to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client, then ask in plain words, for example: *"Find 200 dentists in Porto Alegre with WhatsApp on BuscJá"*. The agent runs this Actor and reads the results.

### 🔧 Troubleshooting

- **Few or no results.** BuscJá searches in Portuguese, so try "advogados" instead of "lawyers". The log shows which categories a term matched, or says it searched the words as free text.
- **A place was skipped.** The log says when the site doesn't know a place. Check the spelling, add the city to a neighborhood ("Centro, Campinas"), or use a state code ("SP").
- **Businesses from other categories.** Free-text searches are loose. Turn on **Only close matches**, or use the category name the log suggests.
- **Few websites, WhatsApp numbers or opening hours.** Many listings only carry a name, phone and address. Use the **Only with website** or **Only with WhatsApp** filters.
- **No email field.** BuscJá doesn't publish business emails, only a contact form.

### ❓ FAQ

**Is there a limit per search?** The site shows at most 5,025 businesses per search. Bigger city searches are also run by neighborhood, so there is no limit in practice.

**Can I search a whole state or all of Brazil?** Yes. Type "SP" or "Minas Gerais", or leave places empty. Each city is searched in turn, capitals first, until **Maximum results** is reached.

**Do old Telelistas links work?** Yes. telelistas.net links are read from BuscJá, the same site.

**Do I need a proxy?** No.

### 🛡️ Limits & responsible use

This Actor collects business information that businesses publish on BuscJá. Use it in line with the site's terms, Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) and anti-spam rules, especially for phone and WhatsApp outreach.

## `openOn` (type: `array`):

Keep only businesses whose published hours include every chosen day. Turns on business details.

## `onlyNew` (type: `boolean`):

Skip businesses saved by earlier runs with the same monitor name.

## `monitorName` (type: `string`):

Runs with the same name share their history. Use a different name for each schedule.

## `startUrls` (type: `array`):

Results pages (https://www.buscja.com/sp/sao+paulo/restaurantes) or business pages (https://www.buscja.com/locais/...). Old Telelistas links work too.
