## Pricing

from $14.00 / 1,000 products

This Actor is paid per event. You are not charged for the Apify platform usage, but only a fixed price for specific events.
Since this Actor supports Apify Store discounts, the price gets lower the higher subscription plan you have.

## What's an Apify Actor?

An Actor is a serverless cloud program that runs on the Apify platform. It has two run modes.
In Batch mode, an Actor accepts a well-defined JSON input, performs an action which can take anything from a few seconds to a few hours,
and optionally produces a well-defined JSON output, datasets with results, or files in key-value store.
In Standby mode, an Actor provides a web server which can be used as a website, API, or an MCP server.

Apify vocabulary and the platform model are defined once, in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md.

## How to integrate an Actor?

If asked about integration, you help developers integrate Actors into their projects.
You adapt to their stack and deliver integrations that are safe, well-documented, and production-ready.

Do not guess an integration path. Every one of them is in the agent quickstart at https://apify.com/agents.md: the Apify MCP server, Agent Skills with the Apify CLI, the JavaScript and Python clients, the REST API, and the account-free path for an agent with no human to sign in. It also carries the rule on stating cost before the first paid run.

For examples already wired to this Actor's own input schema, see the [API](#api) section below.

Each client library has reference documentation the quickstart does not restate: [JavaScript/TypeScript](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/js/docs.md) (`npm install apify-client`) and [Python](https://docs.apify.com/api/client/python/docs.md) (`pip install apify-client`).

## 🛒 PriceRunner & Klarna Price Scraper

Extract product prices from **PriceRunner** (UK, Sweden, Denmark) and **Klarna's price comparison** (Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Finland, Norway, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, United States) in one actor. For every product you get the lowest price, the cheapest store, the number of stores, the price drop, the rating and the popularity rank, plus **every store's offer** (Argos, Currys, Amazon, John Lewis, MediaMarkt, Elgiganten, Coolblue and thousands more) with price, shipping, total, stock, delivery days, store rating and a link. No browser and no proxy.

### 🎯 Who uses it?

#### 🏪 Retailers and e-commerce teams

Watch what every competitor charges for the products you sell, including shipping, stock and delivery time, in up to 13 countries.

#### 🏭 Brands and manufacturers

Check how your products are priced across European and US stores, and spot sellers going under your recommended price.

#### 📈 Market and pricing analysts

Compare price levels for the same product across countries and stores, and follow which products are dropping in price or climbing the popularity ranks.

#### 🛍️ Deal hunters and affiliate sites

Find products with the biggest current price drops and publish them with the cheapest store's link.

### ✨ What it does

- **Search** by one or more product names in the country you pick, or **paste links**: product pages or searches from pricerunner.com, pricerunner.se, pricerunner.dk or klarna.com/xx/shopping.
- **13 countries:** 🇬🇧 UK, 🇸🇪 Sweden, 🇩🇰 Denmark, 🇩🇪 Germany, 🇦🇹 Austria, 🇳🇱 Netherlands, 🇫🇮 Finland, 🇳🇴 Norway, 🇫🇷 France, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇮🇪 Ireland, 🇺🇸 United States.
- **Every store's offer** for each product, cheapest first: the same list the product page shows.
- **Price drops and popularity:** current drop in % with the previous price, user rating, number of reviews and the product's rank in its category.
- **Fast mode:** turn offers off and get just the search-card data (lowest price and cheapest store) for thousands of products in seconds.

### 🏆 Why this scraper

- **The whole comparison in one row.** Most PriceRunner scrapers stop at the search card (one price). Here each product carries every store's offer, with shipping and delivery time, so you see the full price spread and the real total.
- **13 countries in one actor.** No need for a separate actor per country: pick the country, or paste links from several countries in one run.
- **Clean numbers.** Prices, shipping, ratings and drops are numbers with a currency code, never text like "£1,299.00".
- **No proxy, no browser.** It reads the same data the site's own pages load.

#### 📱 Every UK store's price for the latest iPhones

```json
{ "maxItems": 50, "country": "UK", "searchTerms": ["iphone 18"] }
```

#### 🇪🇺 The same products across countries

```json
{ "urls": [
  { "url": "https://www.klarna.com/de/shopping/results/?q=airpods pro" },
  { "url": "https://www.klarna.com/fr/shopping/results/?q=airpods pro" },
  { "url": "https://www.pricerunner.se/results?q=airpods pro" }
], "maxItems": 60 }
```

#### ⚡ Thousands of prices fast, card data only

```json
{ "maxItems": 3000, "country": "DE", "searchTerms": ["fernseher"], "includeOffers": false }
```

#### 🔎 Track a list of exact products daily

```json
{ "urls": [{ "url": "https://www.pricerunner.com/pl/1-3607137081/Mobile-Phones/Apple-iPhone-18-Pro-Max-256GB-Burgundy-Compare-Prices" }] }
```

### ⚙️ How the input is organised

| Section | What it's for |
| --- | --- |
| **Maximum products** | Always first, caps the whole run. Empty means no limit. |
| **Search** | Country, search terms and pasted links. |
| **What to include** | Every store's offer (on by default). |

### 💰 Pricing

Pay-per-event: a one-time **$0.003** when the run starts, plus a price per product saved to your dataset. The price depends on your Apify plan tier:

| Your Apify plan | Price per product |
| --- | --- |
| Free | $0.02 |
| Bronze | $0.018 |
| Silver | $0.016 |
| Gold / Platinum / Diamond | $0.014 |

Approximate total cost (includes the $0.003 start fee):

| Products collected | Free | Bronze | Silver | Gold+ |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 100 | $2.00 | $1.80 | $1.60 | $1.40 |
| 1,000 | $20.00 | $18.00 | $16.00 | $14.00 |
| 10,000 | $200.00 | $180.00 | $160.00 | $140.00 |

One product row carries every store's offer, so you pay once per product, not once per store. Offers cost nothing extra. New Apify accounts start with $5 in free credit. On the Free plan a run saves up to 10 products.

**Speed:** about 1,000 products with every store's offer in 3 minutes, or 1,000 products of search-card data (offers off) in about 15 seconds. United States runs with offers take a few times longer, since only one route serves that market.

### 🚀 Run it

1. Create a free Apify account with $5 in credit.
2. Open the PriceRunner & Klarna Price Scraper.
3. Pick a country, type a product (or keep the prefilled one), or paste links, set Maximum products, then click **Start**.
4. Export the results as CSV, Excel, JSON, or XML from the Dataset tab.

Run it programmatically through the Apify API (`run-sync-get-dataset-items`) or the ApifyClient for JavaScript and Python, and schedule it with Apify's built-in Scheduler.

### 🤖 Use with AI agents (MCP)

Give an AI agent live access to European and US prices through the Model Context Protocol:

```
claude mcp add --transport http apify "https://mcp.apify.com?tools=normdata/pricerunner-scraper"
```

Then prompt it in plain language to run the scraper and read back the results.

### 🔧 Troubleshooting

**The log says "The site asked to slow down".**
PriceRunner and Klarna limit how fast one connection can load data. The run spreads the work over several routes and slows down by itself; when all of them are resting it pauses about a minute and carries on. Nothing is lost.

**Fewer products than the site's counter.**
The same product can show up under two search terms (it's kept once), and very broad searches can stop paging early. Split a big search into narrower terms.

**A row has an `error` field.**
That product's store offers didn't load; the row keeps the search-card data (lowest price, store, link).

**Search finds nothing.**
Search in the language of the country you picked ("fernseher" on Germany, "tv" on the UK). Brand and model names work everywhere.

**A pasted link was skipped.**
Only product pages (`/pl/...`) and searches (`?q=...`) are supported. Category pages aren't; search for the category name instead.

### ❓ FAQ

| Question | Answer |
| --- | --- |
| Do I need a PriceRunner or Klarna account? | No. Only public price data is read. |
| Does it need a proxy? | No. |
| Are prices live? | Yes, read fresh on every run. |
| What's the difference between PriceRunner and Klarna? | Klarna owns PriceRunner, and both run the same price comparison engine. PriceRunner is the brand in the UK, Sweden and Denmark; elsewhere it's Klarna's shopping pages. |
| Does `price` include shipping? | No. `price` is the product price. Each offer also has `shippingCost` and `totalPrice` (price + shipping). |
| Which offers are included? | The stores the product page lists for the country (national offers, in stock or orderable), cheapest first. |
| Does it follow the store link? | No. `url` on each offer is the site's own store link, which forwards to the store's product page when opened. |
| Can I schedule it? | Yes, with Apify's built-in Scheduler. |

### 🛡️ Limits & responsible use

This Actor reads only public price data from PriceRunner and Klarna. It never signs in, never buys and never clicks store links. Use the data in line with the sites' terms and applicable law (GDPR).

# Actor input Schema

## `maxItems` (type: `integer`):

Stop after this many products. Leave empty for no limit (the run stops once the search runs out). The Apify Free plan is always capped at 10.

## `country` (type: `string`):

Which market the search terms run in. UK, Sweden and Denmark are PriceRunner; the rest are Klarna's price comparison (same engine, same data). Pasted links always use their own country.

## `searchTerms` (type: `array`):

Products to look up, e.g. "iphone 17", "air fryer", "sony wh-1000xm6". Each term runs its own search and is tagged on every row it produces.

## `urls` (type: `array`):

Product or search links from pricerunner.com, pricerunner.se, pricerunner.dk or klarna.com/xx/shopping. A product link returns that one product (handy for tracking a fixed list); a search link runs that search in its own country.

## `includeOffers` (type: `boolean`):

Adds `offers`: each store selling the product with price, shipping, total, stock, delivery days, store rating and a link, cheapest first. On by default. Turn it off for a much faster run with just the search-card data (lowest price and cheapest store).
